Aerospoke Corporation

After 3 days of no communication from the seller, I’ve come to realize that Aerospoke does not care about their buyers. 3 days ago I made a purchase through PayPal. I’ve received the invoice like a normal purchase but I did not receive any tracking. I’ve tried multiple times to contact their customer support by emailing all of their emails but nothing. I went the extra step to call the phone number on the website and it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message.
I read the above review and I agree with everything the man above me is saying. Their website is definitely corrupted.
Today I started the dispute with PayPal. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service.
You would think that if you were going to spend $ 250+ dollars on a bicycle wheel that they would at least have some sort of customer service, but nope!
Don’t buy from their website if you want to never receive your item.

I placed an order with Aerspoke (online) over a month ago. I still have not received my wheel. They wont answer my phone calls and there website is constantly down to view previous orders. I opened a dispute on paypal and they finally responded saying that the item was shipped. They provided me a tracking number for an order i purchased the previous month. Again, no responses from my calls or paypal. I finally got a hold of «Dave» in sales and Dave reassured me that he would get it out today and that he would personally contact me to provide shipping information. Well I had to contact Dave and no response to my request for a shipping number. There website is definitely screwed up because at one point when I could log into my account i saw orders in my account that wasn’t even mines. Then several days later it disappeared. At this point I would just like a refund. I would caution anyone thats going to place an online order with Aerospoke.
