Well over priced and shipped to be cleaned. Emily’s down the road is 1⁄3 the price. Unless they are using something magical to clean with, which they are not since they are using Peninsula Cleaners in Seaford, don’t be willing to pay that much not worth it.

Should be shut down &I hope to save any1 else the disappointed I have gone through. Damage my suit which I had only worn once, The owner took no responsibility for the damage. If employee’s are below standard then now I realize it comes from headship. You would be better to leave your items at same day cleaners, I believe you can get better results. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER… When I HAD TO PAY HALF OF MY BILL UPFRONT!! LESSON LEARNED .Now I’m on my way to JP court to see if I can recover my money for my suits being the owner said ‚“He has no intentions of giving me any money for damges”. Now does that sound appropriate

Awful cleaning service. The only reason I gave it one star is because Unilocal won’t let me give it zero. They messed up my daughter’s dress horribly and lost a brand new $ 100 shirt. Them tried to charge me over $ 50 for the service. It took me over an hour of arguing to get them to even reduce the cost of the cleaning 50% and they wouldn’t reimburse for the shirt. They said they would mail it when they found it! Horrible dry cleaning and worse customer service!

Had three pair of chefs pants altered and when I got them home they were still way too long. I even put the pants on while I was there so the lady could pin them to the accurate length.
I took the pants back to have them altered to the correct length but the lady said I would have to pay… again because I agreed to the length when she pinned them. I don’t know how to alter or much to take off that’s why I tried them on for her! I’ll be taking my business else where.
