Went through drive through and ordered two whoppers and a large fry. Was told to park off to the other side of the building and waited over 15 minutes for my order. Was in a rush and unfortunately did not think to check my order till I arrived at home. I ended up getting a cheese burger and two small fries. Went back to Burger King the next evening, and asked the manager to make good on their mistake. The manager looked at me and spoke to me like I was a thief, and insisted that there was nothing she could do for me without a receipt(which was never given to me), and because I didn’t call them when I discovered that the order was incorrect. As an excellent customer of Burger King, I was extremely upset and insulted by the way I was treated by the manager. I am not done with this matter yet, as I plan on contacting Burger King Headquarters and pursuing this matter further. I will also go to the local news if necessary, as Burger King is much too proud and boastful about its service in the media, to treat its customers like this. This has nothing to do with money, but rather with respect for good customers like myself.

Absolutely one of the worst places I’ve ever been to I’ve been to the drive thru at least 10 times and everytime the order has been wrong the food has been cold or the price has not been right seems like the people that are working there don’t give a damn I will never and I repeat never go to this burger King again

I don’t usually visit Burger King but had a urging for a Whopper. Stopped by on a Monday at 1:00PM. Almost all tables in the place needed cleaning and service was very slow. The place looked under staffed. While dining I noticed a long line in the drive thru. Obviously this establishment needs to review it’s managers and staffing. If I ever get the urge for another BK lunch I will be sure to avoid this one.

I ordered two large satifries at the drive thru and was told I had to drive around to the front door and wait. We waited 15 minutes, I had to go in and get my fries. They forgot about us. The fries were bad. No flavor to them and dry. I am never going back.
