Zero stars. Cal Davison is a criminal, steals thousands of dollars from her residents and manipulates the by laws and rules in her favor. She should be in jail.
Don’t live at any Cardiff properties unless you want a thing with no soul as your landlord.

Very bad service, expensive (lots of hidden costs). Won’t return calls, faxes or emails until it is convenient for them. Very vulgar and unprofessional.
I lost more time and money dealing with this company than if I managed my own properties. In fact they charged me fees that were improper and refuse to recognize and refund me the fees.
Whatever you do, stay away!

Cal Davison has created the most hostile, dog-​unfriendly environment I have ever lived in. I am a resident of Great Brook condominiums in Milford and she is the WORST. I have talked with owners and renters alike and many of them have issues with her and the way she handles things. God forbid, if your dogs happen to get out of the house for any reason they will be immediately reported to Cal and a fine will be assessed. It doesn’t even matter if you are giving chase at the time. Cal and a few select residents seem to get off on doing this. And once her attention is on you there is nothing you can do right. Even if there are other so-​called ‘violations’ all around the complex CAL will target you.
Meanwhile, during the winter the streets in the neighborhood are the last to be plowed and the walkways aren’t shoveled as they are contracted to do until late, late in the day. The pool area is in shambles, the tennis courts are unusable as well as the basketball courts. A real mess.
We have talked to people in the neighborhood that are moving out or know someone that has moved out because of Cal’s abusive manner. I would recommend anyone interested in living in Great Brook head somewhere else. Especially if you have dogs.
