Worst service from what seemed to be a manager.
The poor new girl ringing me out told me she was new and looked as if she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The new girl must have entered something wrong and when I swiped my card there was an error message.
The evil manager, instead of standing with the new girl and supporting her, yelled from across the way that I have to use another card.
I swiped a few more times with the new girl trying until finally the evil manager came over with an attitude (huffing and puffing).
Evil manager attempted a few times and it seemed to be working an as she was walking away, an error message popped up again. She then so rudely told me there was nothing she could do. Working in retail before (as a store manager before) I told her she should be able to manually enter. Attempting again manually and the same error again came up. She again told me nothing she could do. I explained to her that there must be something wrong with her system or the way it was entered and she insisted it wasn’t anything she could do and could only take another card.
I couldn’t believe how rude this woman was to not only me, but to her new employee as well. If she had trained her better and stood by her while using the register for the first time, this wouldn’t have happened. If I had more time and wasn’t so angry to the point of wanting to hit her, I would have stayed and asked to speak to a real manager.
I always say that a good running store is solely based on the management. Obviously this manager didn’t care enough to try another register, or see if the current register went offline, or offer anything else. She was rude and unpleasant. I hope the new girl realizes quickly and leaves this place.

I just left the Fabric Factory Outlet a very happy woman. I started out at one of the chains looking for 20 yards of fabric. Turns out that Joanne’s doesn’t carry 20 yards of anything. I JUST happened upon FFO driving past and stopped in. They have a wonderful selection of beautiful fabrics and Elena and Denise couldn’t have been nicer! If you need upholstery fabric, stop here first.
