Jacobs Auto Service

I have taken my vehicles to Jacobs for many years. They are always honest and are never looking to sell you parts or service that is not needed.
Tom and his staff are very knowledgeable as well as courteous. I always know I’m going to get a good deal. I trust them.
Once I had a random part failure after having Jacobs service my vehicle and replace the part. Tom fixed it at no charge to me after almost a year had passed from the replacement.
I recommend getting an estimate here before you take your vehicle to another shop or even the dealer.

I’ve used Jacob’s for years. They have always treated me with professionalism and honesty. Their prices are competitive and its nice working directly with the owner. I have several friends and family members who now use them and have never heard a negative word.

Jacobs has serviced all of my vehicles since 1986 just 3 years after I moved back to Cincinnati area. I needed someone who had the integrity and equipment and training to work on vehicles that I could no longer handle due to all the electronics. Jacobs was recommended to me and after a couple of visits I learned that I was getting thorough reviews and then some extra tips about what to watch out for in coming months.
I have never been overcharged, I have always been treated fair, when problems came back (infrequent) they were handled without question (except helping to diagnose the issue at hand). When I need to get my car in for a repair I can always write a letter about what I need done, call the current owner Tom who maintains the integrity of Jacobs operation, and drop my cars off and the keys in the drop box.
I could not be happier with their service they are a hidden treasure on the east side. I almost hate to put this in for fear of block myself out of service time. But Tom and his guys deserve all the credit. :)

I’ve been taking my car to Jacobs since I was 16 and my parents have been taking their cars even longer. Even though it is no longer run by Jim Jacobs, Tom Hulefeld the owner works the same way — he doesn’t oversell you on services.
Even when I had free oil changes from Toyota I found it faster to call Jacobs, get an appointment and drive to Milford than to the dealer where I often spent 90 minutes on just an oil change. At Jacobs, I’m in and out in about 20 minutes. Plus, I know that if I have any questions about upcoming services, they will help me figure out a time to get them scheduled.
