Milford Lumber Company

I have worked with Milford Lumber over the past 12 months. The reason for the one star is that I will no longer be doing business with them — ever again. Why? If they make an error — they do not stand by their work — they blame it on you — and then throw up their hands and say their is nothing they can do it about. They will refuse to meet you even half-​way in terms of attempting to make something right.
In addition, once you find an error and you start peeling back the onion, you will find out they attempt to overcharge you (in my experience about 20−30% over identical product direct from manufacturer), continue to try to sell you products you do not want (and make sure they are not itemized in the quote so you have to tease out the prices) and generally offer incredibly poor customer service as soon as an issue arises (have to buck it up the chain — they say they want to help, delay a couple days — then say they cannot).
In short, if you choose to deal with them, be incredibly careful. They do not care about their customers (and I hate to say I have spent over $ 50,000 with them, paid every invoice within a week of receiving it – so who knows how they would treat a smaller customer).
