First time at the Zig Zag Zone. This place is fun, it’s pretty big. Inside the actual structure, on the bottom level it’s kind of dark. My 3 year old was a little scared due to the darkness. However my 7 and 5 year olds thought it was bright enough. Within the large structure are things to do i. e rock climb wall, bar to glide on, couple of slides. Regarding staff: I have seen 1 employee walk around the structure several times,(but pretty sure employee was watching a birthday party that was also using structure at same time) .Parents with young kids need to be up supervising kids. Older Kids can get really rough inside. My 3 year old was knocked down while in structure, by a larger kid running through. There really isent any kind of supervison. The older kids run and I mean Run through the structure, outside structure. Got rough at some points. There is also a moon bounce. I think it’s a little over priced at $ 7/per kid. Kids did have fun. For our first time we lasted 2 hours. This is ideal for 4−10year olds.

I usually love this place. I nanny for 4 kids and they love coming here to climb on the amazing climber and bouncy house. The price is great too, compared to places like Kidz Turf in Millis and Kidz Wurld in N. Attleboro. My only complaint is that when we arrived the other day they told us that the dome area isn’t air conditioned so not to bother. I wish they would put that in their website as I traveled 20 mins to get there and my kids were totally bummed.

My kids have played here a few times; it is best for kids 6 and under for an hour or so. There is a large climber with slides and a jumpy area. They often have birthday parties with older, unsupervised children so you have to watch your child, and other kids, very closely as many younger kids get hurt by the older kids. There is no supervision or direction from the staff so kids run wild. In general, the staff are unorganized and aloof. We have also attended birthday parties here, and the staff are not attentive and rarely even present. The Zig Zag Zone is closed during the summer of 2013. We found out the hard way, as my son asked me to take him there for his first day of summer vacation. After checking their website to be sure it was open in the morning, we made the 25-minute trip there to find out it was closed for renovations over the summer. The owner was there and when I asked if the info about the closure is on their website, she said it was. Thinking maybe I missed it, I went back to my car and checked the site on my phone; nothing about the closure. In fact, it listed only open hours. I went back inside to tell the owner. I said I wasn’t trying to be a jerk but their website said they were open and she scoffed and said, «I thought it was up there. I will tell Felicity.» I don’t know who Felicity is, but I was expecting at least an apology. I told her my son was disappointed and we had driven almost half an hour to get there, and she shrugged and said, «sorry.» No real apology, no offer of a free pass. Clearly they don’t value our future business and we won’t be visiting again.
