Fun Factory

Worst arcade ever. Token machines wouldn’t take so we had to use the card and when we tried to return tokens machine ate our money. We had 5 kids with us and when when we tried splitting up money onto multiple cards they said they couldn’t. I spent the entire time running around swiping 1 card for 5 kids.

I visited this place to kill some time before watching a movie. It was actually a lot of fun. You do run out of coins fast so I had to keep refilling my card. But I did enjoy my myself here.

The only reason it’s 3 stars is because all the games are about 4 points and I just spent 60 dollars#! $@# money eater

Although it’s a little pricey and confusing at first, it’s totally worth it! The workers there helped us and I THINK we got the hang of how it works.
But overall my kids and I had a blast riding rides and playing all of the games they had. One ride I especially enjoyed was their roller coaster machine, it was such a thrill! (Probably because I hate riding real roller coasters lol)

So mad… we come here very often and when we do we spend $$$. So my son wanted a doll from the giant crane in the front of the store so after many plays i win 3 dolls 2 of them they wanted to keep so of course i was going to try and win another one so they could trade 2 giant plushes for 1 of their choice as stated on the sign but i wasnt able to because the cranes string broke on me… ughhh so frustrated… now im stuck with a doll that is butt ugly and my kids dont want it and they wouldnt let me trade it. After alll it wasnt my fault the machine broke and i felt the least they could have done was exchange it for one we wanted.

My daughter loves the variety of games here such as Skee ball, claw machines (which she is so awesome at!), air hockey, big bass wheel and more!
At the prize center, they have a variety of toys for the kids from Princess Disney, play darts, bags, playing cards, puzzles, balloons, coloring books, and lots more!
The work staff are friendly making it a fun experience for families.
The location is clean, and the games are spaced out and not cluttered and is located in a great location near the theaters, food places and in the town center of mililani.

This place is very fun and my son has really enjoyed it. We had a few issues with some of the games but they fixed it immediately and even gave us free tokens for the problem. This was our second time here and it was a great way to spend a rainy day! We will be back!

Brought my son and two of his little friends here (they are one) and they had a blast. It was clean and fun rides for the smaller keiki. Will be back!

I love the location of this fun factory, makes for a real easy close place to take my daughter when I want to treat her to a day out for fun, since we live so close.
Its usually always clean which is nice, staff are all super young and whatever lol they aren’t mean or rude but their customer service abilities aren’t anything special.
Even tho my daughter loves this place so much im gunna give it two stars because shes only two years old and she pretty much likes anything with lights and music. so, this fun factory is kind of really small, they have maybe two claw games that are actually easy-​ish to win prizes and all the rest are impossible to win. they only have three rides for toddlers and two out of the three are cars that look the same. unlike the pearlridge fun factory that has a whole section dedicated to little toddler rides.
Its very squishy and you cant stroll around even a normal pop up stroller without hitting someone or just getting frustrated with the room, and forget it if its the weekend or if they are hosting some kind of weird kendama or magic card event lol no room what-​so-​ever.
But my daughter still loves it for its three baby rides so as long as shes happy im happy! lol. But the pearlridge location is definitely way better.

Its a gaming place that is awesome for bringing out the kid in you. Lots of fun games and prizes you can win but other than the one coin machines you are pretty much paying $ 1-​$ 2 per game… you can get rid of $ 20 in ten minutes here easy! But no matter what I will always have fun at a fun factory!

In my high school days this is where my allowance would be spent on. Mostly on the DDR machine and also the Beatmania machine. I even became a gold card member for spending $ 500 dollars in playing games throughout my four years in high school. I remember they had times where «Super Sundays» take place. It’s where you get half off games on Sundays. It was a gamer’s dream and can become pretty crazy.
Now, as an adult, I hardly come here and when I do I am just shocked at how much things changed and how much things cost. A lot of the games have rose up in about 7 years ago. It’s a great place to just relieve stress when having a bad day. If your looking to get tickets and such I would suggest going Dave & Busters on half off Wednesdays.

Located in the Mililani Town Center next to Consolidated Theaters. My nieces LOVE coming here. As an adult I’m pretty boring and don’t find wasting money on games to be «fun» persay… but hey for the kiddies… now that’s a different story!
They really like the air hockey game and the merry go round… they play the ducks game and the alligator game and a slew of other games. This location is fairly small and some of the games are close together. They have shooting games, racing games, dancing, fighting, etc etc. Games for all ages basically.
Staff have been okay. The selection of «prizes» to redeem with your «tickets» isn’t that big and of course it’s ridiculous how many «tickets» you need to get a prize you could get at Walmart for $ 5 (using 3982 tickets costing you $ 75!)
All for the kiddies though right? It’s fun for them so hey… that’s all that matters. A/​C is cold which is good for me and it’s fairly clean…

I was at the Fun Factory playing the drop-​claw-​grab game trying to win an Angry Birds toy. I nailed a perfect clutch three times. I mean perfect where every finger is around the toy.
Each time the toy was easily pulled up to the top. As soon as the claw reached the top of the machine it disengaged and dropped the prize.
I explained what happened to a FunFactory employee and was very pleasant while doing so. I suggested that they should probably just give me the prize. He suggested that I buy it from Walmart instead.
Wrong answer… unless they were looking for a one star review, then it works.

Who’d a thunk you’d find me at Fun Factory? That is so high school and many, many years ago. So my niece and nephew are visiting so I decide to borrow them to practice having kids. Decided on a quick stop to Fun Factory. It was pretty busy but bearable (minus the mom with her toddler son who she was letting run all over the roller ball thing and even picking up some of our balls, all of this while she was watching, hello class). Anyway, its a tiny space with somewhat seemingly pretty decent selection of games for both young and older. The first game we play we had to call an attendant. That sucked. It took a little while and the attendant had said not one word in addition to the toddler running all of the roller ball game lanes so we decided to forget that game and try something else. We played other age appropriate games with the kids and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Anything to occupy the keiki. They love it so I love it.

It’s pretty squishy in here and there isn’t too much of a selection of games, but my son LOVESSSS this place.
I work every Friday night, and every Friday night is my husband and son’s «date night.» So where is the typical man date night? Yes, FUN FACTORY.
Reviewing as a parent, this place does the trick in keeping my kid occupied and happy, so it’s all good in my (and my husband’s) book! We’re willing to spend 20 bucks to keep him satisfied for a few hours while there, and then for a week or so until the next Friday comes along.

Now I’m a huge fan of video games and tickets to exchange for prizes. I am also a fan of Fun Factory. But when I finally gave the Mililani one a try I was somewhat disappointed. The game selection wasn’t that great. I know that the company has to entice you to play the games but using bootleg mp3 players in packaging that looks like apple ipods is a little too much. And as a person addicted to the barber cut game where people can win an ipod touch by cutting a string that the ipod hangs from, I was really upset to see that they emptied the ipod case which makes it lighter and harder to cut the sting. I have to say save your money and go to another place.

This branch of the entertainment center has an awesome, up-​front location in the Mililani Town center, but it doesn’t do much with it. The front of the place is comprised primarily of children’s, sports and ticket games while the rear has the racing, fighting, shooter and coin games. The prize counter is towards the back and have an average selection of trinkets and toys to win. The games they have inside are enough to entertain some children and adults, but the selection is somewhat limited. The place felt very crowded and cramped just from the positioning of the all games; some had enough space between them for only one person to walk through. They’ve got too many games for such a small place. Perhaps it’s time to reevaluate which games to keep and which to retire and/​or exchange for newer games. Maybe even rearrange the way the games are set up for a more feng shui feel.
