Horrible Experience and Horrible Customer service. Had an appointment scheduled at 2pm when we arrived we were informed that it would be 15 – 20 minutes late because the tax consultant was running behind. 30 minutes later they informed us it would be just a couple minutes more. Ended up walking out when we were waiting close to one hour. Never again Block heads never again! The only reason I gave them 1 star is cause I couldn’t give them any less!

I had better service in wahiawa. Check in with the receptionist. Did not even tell the tax rep that we were here our appt was at 12:45 another couple walked in for an appt at 1 and was seen early. Its 1 already and we still have not been seen. Receptionsit giggling and seems like she didnt give a sh-​t. Let me remind you that we arrived early and now another couple went in before we did woth a later appointment. Not pleased!
