Jazzercise Mililani is an effective 60-minute workout that includes a cardio warm-up 35 – 40 minutes of cardio, resistance training for muscle toning and a stretch cool down. You’ll get a full body workout in one hour. Plus you’ll meet some new friends or see some you already know!
