Kimo, you and your crew were awesome. Thanks for the re-​roofing. Normally with a labor-​intense job like roofing, you have to be really careful because the guys on the job don’t always work as good as the salesman can talk.
Not so with On Top Roofing. Our foreman was Trell. With over 20 years of experience, he knew what he was doing, and kept his crew on track. When I would come home to inspect the work, Trell would come down from the roof and talk with me. He patiently answered all of my questions. Another guy, Pe’a, was a standup guy too. I have to give Kudos where they are earned.
Each day, they put in solid hours, re-​sealed the roof every evening, and even picked up all of the little trash that is a normal course of this kind of work.
Terrific job guys. I hope to enjoy my new roof for 20+ years.
I recommend Kimo and the gang at On Top Roofing.

I had a couple estimates provided to me by several roofing companies and decided to go with On Top Roofing due to not only the price difference but how Kimo (owner) answered all my questions and provided top customer service. His crew is hard working and courteous and completed the job on schedule as promised, I had a lot of carpentry work that needed to be done and they did a great job, I also found wood work after the job was complete and called Kimo who had his carpenter here the next day to fix the repair, in fact I had to call him again when I found another area that needed work and he sent his carpenter. This company is top notch and provides an excellent service, I would highly recommend Kimo and his crew if your looking for a outstanding roofing job

We just had our home re-​roofed by On Top Roofing and the experience as a home owner is outstanding! Everything from the first time I met with the owner, Kimo, through the entire process of the proposal (which was priced right), through the work, to the last day, amazing. The work crew are very knowledgeable and professional. I would feel tired watching them work so hard from sun-​up to sunset. And the icing on the cake: they cleaned — up around my home so meticulously that one could find it difficult to see if they were ever there; except to see my beautiful roof! Such an exceptional team!

Recently when our home needed to be re-​roofed, upon the recommendation of multiple neighbors, we chose On Top Roofing in Mililani. Kimo gave us a very reasonable quote. In addition to being very knowledgeable, he was prompt, professional, easy to talk with, always very accessible. Their customer service is exceptional. All questions or concerns were immediately, willingly addressed and satisfactorily resolved. Because I was so satisfied with On Top Roofing and Kimo and his crew, when I recently needed to re-​roof a commercial building, I immediately called Kimo at On Top Roofing, and they again provided the prompt, excellent work and customer service that defines their company. They worked on my roof for 1 ½ days and finished, nice job and I love the fact that they went through the yard to pick up any rubbish that might have dropped or blown off the roof. In the past when construction crews have worked on the house they leave trash anywhere in the yard. They even cleaned out my gutters on both days!

So… one of my trees fell and hit a neighbor’s roof, and did some cosmetic damage, nothing structural. I scoured craigslist for a good roofing contractor and came up with a dozen or so, called about 5 of them. And I have to say of all of them, Kimo at On The Roof was the most professional.
He happened to be «on a roof» when I called, he asked me to email him and he got back to me right away. He had one of his guys who was in the area, on a job to connect with me and we discussed the roof damage. Because it was a small job, I told them I could email them photos of the damage for a quote to ensure I didn’t waste their time nor my money. They got back to me and I must say I was pleasantly surprised on how upfront and honest they were.
Really easy to work with, I would definitely recommend anyone looking for contracting bids to give them a call. From what I learned from Kimo, he has decades of experience working with old and new homes, so I definitely felt comfortable with «my neighbor’s roof» in his hands… :o) Thanks Kimo!
