8 hours of moving today, and Mike, Mark & Scott were non-​stop from the time the clock started! These guys moved our things from 4 storage units into our brand new 3 bedroom 2-​story house without any damage and were super organized throughout the process. NON-​STOP BUST BOOTY from the get go!
Chris (the owner) is awesome and super professional in giving his straight up prices with no hidden fees.
Definitely will use these guys again and recommend him to EVERYONE, including family and friends!

I’ll definitely use this company again! I was in a slight predicament and had to schedule some last-​minute movers. After calling around to a few places that were rated high on Unilocal,Chris and his company came through and was able to assist me on short notice.
His guys arrived a tad late but I wasn’t too worried. He gave me a heads-​up that his team had a couple moves during the morning. Moves are tough to judge how long they’ll take. In any case, his guys showed up and moved my things in my new apartment within two hours. They even help build my bed frame again.
Great company and cool guys. Highly recommended!

I called Chris in a bit of a panic as I needed movers on much shorter notice than I anticipated. He was extremely flexible as setting a day was dependent on when the cleaners could come — we picked a tentative day and he said he’d gladly move up or push back a day if needed. (He’s moving us today — Sunday of Memorial Day weekend!)
He called and texted to confirm when they were on their way and they’ve been extremely efficient. My husband who has been with them all day said they were awesome and he was so impressed he went ahead and booked them to come back and do a move from storage to our new place (we were planning on doing the second move ourselves). Again Chris was able to accommodate us in 3 days notice. These guys are awesome — you can’t go wrong!

I only needed to move one couch, other movers didn’t seem to be interested in a job that small. Sons of Aloha responded to email quickly and quoted a fair price. We confirmed a date, and they were in contact pickup day to let me know their arrival time. They navigated freight elevators and loading with ease through the middle of Ala Moana Mall. After I miscalculated my door size, Chris saved the day by using a window, couch arrived in perfect condition! Chris and his team are true professionals from start to finish, I would not hesitate to use Sons of Aloha again. Mahalo!

They are such a great mover! First of all, great communication. They picked my call anytime when I called, so you never lose them. And all guys worked so hard and fast. Plus they follow my request. I really recommend this guys! You will not regret it!

Moving is always a nuisance, and I only moved less than 3 miles away from our current apartment. But there’s so much planning and coordinating to consider with each move. I’m so glad I found out about Sons of Aloha, as they offer competitive rates and are very accommodating to requests. Chris, the owner, is very responsive and made the move simple and hassle free. We did our own packing, and Chris and his team helped wrap fragile items such as glass and tv. They were all very professional and executed the move in a timely manner. I hope we don’t move anytime soon… But if we do, I would definitely use Sons of Aloha again.

We needed help moving our 5 bedroom home just a few miles down the road. WE though we could do it over the course of 10 days, but I threw my back out at work. We called Chris last minute (two days ahead), and were able to get them to help us for half a day on Saturday evening and half a day Monday evening. In between those times my family and I did what we could, but man these guys seemed to move so much more things in the short amount of time that they were on the clock! And they don’t stop.
Chris and the gang even got to partake in some dinner that my mom made them (Thai red curry and fried rice). During that time we got to know him and the crew a little better. Chris has been working in the moving industry for over a decade, and he finally took the plunge and started his own company not even a year ago. Great move! We need more people like Chris running businesses out there!
He has great customer service, always texts me as his day is moving along with an ETA of when he’ll be over, and sends a final text when he’s 10−15min out. Wow, a company that communicates! They are really careful (as careful as movers can be) and wrapped up many things. The van was packed up like Tetris! They even take the time to talk about how to move odd things with us. My mom had a huge dragon fruit plant that took 4 guys to move, and we all talked it over to devise a plan. Mom’s dragon fruit tree is now residing unscathed in our new yard.
Quick, professional, courteous, hard working… the list goes on! You just can’t go wrong, and their rates are reasonable compared to others that I called (who couldn’t fit us in anyways). I would recommend them to everyone that I know. Did I mention that they worked late (9pm) both days because they knew our deadline was Monday? Instead of going home at 5pm like most folks, they drove across island to help us meet that deadline. Standing ovation!!!

These guys are great, with so many moving companies out there getting «Less than perfect» reviews, these guys are great.
They are a smaller moving company but provide great service. They are super polite, quick, respectful of your belongings and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.
Prices are comparable to other companies but the stress of knowing that these guys aren’t going to short change you is well worth the call.
If I need movers again in the future I will surely use them!

We have moved many times in the past several years and had some good and mostly bad experiences with different movers. We checked couple other movers and the rates and other fees were expensive so we Unilocaled and called Sons of Aloha Movers. Chris was very friendly and gave us his inexpensive hourly rates and low transportation fee and it was the best deal ever! He took all our information and said he will call us back the day before to confirm and he did. On moving day we were at Pearlridge trying to pickup our bed frame but it would not fit in our car. Saving the day, Chris called and said he was about an hour earlier and ready to help us. Perfect! We asked him if he can meet us and pickup our bed frame. Not a problem, he came in 5 – 10 minutes and then we went to our storage in Pearl City and moved everything to Mililani. It all took over 3 hours and he charged us only for 3 hours. Chris and Scott worked hard and fast as a team. I would definitely recommend Sons of Aloha to anyone needing moving services. Mahalo to Chris and Scott for a great job!

Chris was awesome with my move. They were fast, careful, and very professional, everything you expect from doing business with a company. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call him again when I need to move more stuff.

Chris and his partner just moved my niece from Pearl City to Kapolei. They were fast, efficient, and professional. None of the furniture or walls were damaged despite having to go up stairs. Prices were extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service! They moved my stuff from storage to my new apartment super quickly. Chris and his guys are both really Friendly and professional. Their job before me took longer and Chris stayed in contact with me the whole time and made it easy to adjust my schedule. Definitely recommending these guys to friends.

I used Sons of Aloha for moving out of my apartment and then back into my new one a week later. I appreciated that Chris gave me a courtesy call the day before to confirm that all the details were the same. They arrived on time and were ready to go. Chris went over the pricing again with me so there would be no surprises and then they dug in. They were super quick and extremely helpful with making sure our TVs were protected and our furniture properly wrapped. For a nominal extra charge they even hauled my give always to the Goodwill for me. Both Chris and his helper were friendly and very professional. I was able to book them only two days in advance as this was a last minute decision. It was the best decision we made for this move. What took a matter of hours for them would have been days for my husband and I. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys for your next move!!!

Chris is seriously on it! Called last week for a last minute move and he hooked me up for that weekend! They were awesome! I didn’t have to do a thing :) and they were very accommodating to move my stuff to 2 separate locations. Chris is super friendly and easy to get along with. He kept telling me I didn’t have to feel bad for them having to carry all my stuff up 3 floors (I still felt terrible haha) they were very quick with everything and prices were extremely fair (I was surprised it didn’t cost more) military discount too! Highly recommend!!!

Chris and Scott came to move my things to a storage unit and not only were they extremely fast and professional, but they made everything fit neatly in the unit. They are very good at what they do! They were extremely polite and easy to work with the whole time. They even gave a courtesy call to let me know when they were on their way. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. I only took 1 star because they charged me to wrap the furniture in plastic, which was nice of them but they just did it without telling me it would cost extra for their materials. Again, worth every penny for their outstanding customer service though. I have had to deal with some very rude unprofessional movers here in hawaii so this was a nice surprise.

Guys came in packed my stuff quickly and was out. Didn’t break anything and nothing was missing. They even took apart and put back together my bed set. Awesome job.

Professional, fast and nothing broke. What more could you ask for in a moving company! Needed some big pieces of furniture moved to storage and I was thankful of how fast these guys got back to me. I will be using them again.
