Dr. Cirtaut has been my dentist going on close to 30 years. I live in Edmonds now but Mill Creek will always be home to me. I don’t want any other dentist. It is nice to have a dentist who knows me and my teeth. Jamie is my hygienist and she is so awesome. The whole staff are welcoming and warm and the office is clean and organized. Thank you Dr. Cirtaut!

I recently relocated to the Mill Creek area and was in search of a new Dentist. I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and checkup. While I thought that Dr. Cirtaut was a good but overpriced dentist, I was not at all impressed by my hygienist(Heather). I like to think that I have a fairly high dental IQ(having once dated a dental hygienist). I thought that the cleaning that I received from Heather was sub-par. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she seemed frustrated and agitated with having to clean my teeth. Frequently she made inappropriate comments and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The experience was unpleasant and I will not be returning nor will I refer my friends to this Dentist.

I received a rude phone call from Dr. Cirtaut’s office claiming that we had missed an apt which was never scheduled. The person calling refused to believe that we had not made the apt and was rather terse when I insisted we hadn’t. This staff member then asked what I was going to do about it and then proceeded to hang up the phone while I attempted to reply. It is evident from this interaction that Dr. Cirtaut’s office doesn’t need my business and I will certainly oblige them by taking it to any of the dozen other dental service providers within a 2 mile radius. Having worked in call centers and at reception desks for a number of years I can say from experience that the tone and actions of this employee do not meet even the most basic standards of customer service and would have never been tolerated in any place of business at which I was employed. I would highly recommend that the staff receive some additional training or be replaced. The appropriate way to handle that call would have been to apologize for any miscommunication and attempt to schedule an apt for another date and time convenient to the customer.

Dr. Cirtaut is a good dentist but she is very pricy and she told me I needed over $ 900 worth of work done and yet I’ve never in my life had a cavity and I’m 32 years old. Also the new guy receptionist is kind of pushy and if you want to work out a financial arrangement to pay ur dental bill they want half it on the spot. I did however get second opinion on my mouth and found out I only have one small cavity and that’s it and it would be about $ 100 to take care of. I’m sorry but $ 900 for a filling is a little steep for me. I now go to Dr. Don Koontz and highly recommend him to everyone.

I have been to many different dentists because I swear something always goes wrong. This is the only place I have found that I feel comfortable and trust the people working on my teeth. Everyone is very nice, and they remember you from visit to visit no matter how long its been since you’ve been in. I’ll never go anywhere else.

My family has been seeing Dr. Cirtaut for as long as I can remember(20+ years). Even though I now live in Seattle, I prefer to drive out to Mill Creek twice a year rather than find another dentist. Her staff is always friendly and fun to talk to, and they actually remember who you are from visit to visit. Between us, we’ve had cavities filled, teeth pulled, crowns attached/removed/repaired, pretty much any dental procedure you can think of and if it’s something their office can’t do, they will refer you to a good specialist. They take insurance and to the best of my knowledge, we’ve never had a billing problem. Now that I no longer have access to dental insurance, one check-up usually costs between $ 160 – 190, depending on x-rays, etc. and they accept credit cards.
