Relax and revive in a float pod during one-​hour sessions

The outside world vanishes as guests slip into Mill Creek Float’s immersive float pods. These restricted-​environment simulation therapy pods (or R.E.S.T. pods) confine visitors to an 84“x58″ pool lit with colored LEDs. The water is treated with Epsom salt, intended to help revitalize skin and relive muscular soreness and swelling along with many other health benefits. Guests can float in silence for a meditative experience or bring their own music device and use the pod’s built-​in sound system to blast their own personal playlist.

This place is incredible!!! Completely worth every minute I spent here. The owner, Valerie is super passionate about holistic health and helping her patrons feel completely at ease. This was amazingly valuable for my fiancé and I, as this was our first time ever entering a sensory deprivation tank. Veronica is very thorough in her initial orientation, helping us feel not only cared for, but safe in our excursion as well. The relaxing room after our hour spent in the float tanks truly helped us come back into «reality» in a smooth and easy transition.

Wow! My first float was an amazingly wonderful experience! I felt very refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated after my 60 minute session. I’d been interested in sensory deprivation tank therapy for awhile and finally made the decision to try it at the beautiful and clean new Mill Creek Float. Anna was very helpful and friendly, she gave me a tour and informed me of the introductory specials. I spoke to Valerie the day of my float, and she is a very passionate educated woman and also inspirational. I very much appreciate the kindness, education and service offered at Mill Creek Float.
