Drs Skibiel, Hayre & Berry were previously partners at Wildwood Dental but started their own practice in 2010. Drs. Skibiel, Hayre, and Berry are the founders of Progressive Dental Group and have a combined 35+ years of dental experience. All three Doctors were raised in the greater Seattle area and are proud alumni of the prestigious University of Washington Dental School. They are active in their dental community and have distinguished themselves as some of the best Dentists in the Greater Seattle area. Most notably Dr. Adam Berry was acknowledged as one of the Top Dentists by Seattle Met Magazine for 2011. With their combined skill and passion for dentistry, the Doctors work together to provide the best possible experience for all of our patients.

The receptionist forgot to put my appointment in the schedule and it was a pain to get me in. And the dental hygienist was rude because she had to stay late to work on me. I just felt it was rushed and she was aggressive because she was mad she had to stay late. And when I called to schedule my cavity fill it happened again and had to reschedule and they were ONLY available during month end when I couldn’t get time off work and I told them that. So basically terrible customer service. When I called to have my records transferred to another office the receptionist was terribly rude.

Just had a great first visit. Mara is awesome at what she does. The entire staff was professional and kind. I love visiting a new office and having everyone be i time and organized.

I have been seeing Dr. Hayre for about 3 years now and he is just wonderful. Dental work is never fun and I don’t get the same anxiety as I have gotten from other dentists. I have had anything from minor cleaning work to major work done and I love that I can ask for a blanket to put on me when in the chair. They make sure I’m very relaxed (as much as you can be with certain procedures). They are very helpful w/​dealing with insurance related billing matters as well. All of the staff is very courteous and friendly and super helpful. They have some flexible hours as well with early a.m. appointments, that can also be great for those of us that work. Dr. Hayre cares and he has a great approach to solving dental concerns. I would recommend this office to all and have to many of my friends and family.

I have had some very bad experiences at other dental practices. One day I had had yet another horrible time with a dental hygienist and shared that experience with my personal physician. She recommended Progressive Dental Group because she gets her dental care there. Because of the past experiences, I took my fear and anxiety with me on my first visit with Dr. Skibiel and Kim, the dental hygienist. But, I have been treated with such kindness and gentleness (my dental cleanings don’t make my mouth bleed, they don’t bang the instruments against my teeth, they use a bite block for longer procedures so your jaw doesn’t get tired… little things like that) that the bad experiences are just a distant memory. In addition to painless cleanings, other procedures are also as stress-​free as they can possibly be. The practice has a new way to do crowns and you can get it all done in ONE VISIT! No more getting a temporary crown (that for sure will come off at least once) and waiting for days while a lab constructs the crown. THe crown looks and feels exactly like a natural tooth, no gray cement showing. I can’t recommend Progressive Dental Group highly enough. Kind, professional, compassionate and truly «progressive» with state-​of-​the-​art equipment. Can’t do better than this.

I don’t know anyone who is a fan of going to the dentist — including myself. I hated it so much that I didn’t go for over 10 years! And then a tooth broke and I found myself having to make that dreaded appointment. Luckily for me a co-​worker recommended Wildwood Dental — now Progressive Dental Group. They were able to fit me in within a day, and three days later I had my first of many dental procedures to help my severely neglected teeth. Dr. Ranjiv Hayre and his staff did everything under the sun to help alleviate my fears and make me as comfortable as possible.
That first appointment was over 7 years ago, and I can honestly say I will NEVER go to another dentist. The staff at Progressive Dental Group is amazing and Dr. Hayre is one of the best in his field. He’s very easy to talk to and he does an excellent job of explaining the procedures that need to be done and what steps I can take to help prevent issues in the future.
I never in a million years thought I’d say this, but I actually LIKE going to the dentist here!

I’ve just received the letter that I missed my appt. on August 21st. I never made the appt. for august 21st neither confirm it. I asked the lady at their Billing dept. if they could get me in before August 19th, since I will be out of town from the 19th to 26th, and they were booked prior the 19th. They sent me text message for an appt for August 21st which I were still out of town, and I did NOT confirm it. then they were saying that I did not honor and missed the appt. though they said that they will waive the cancellation fee. I also referred someone to go there and he went for his first dental services there and the lady at their billing dept. promised to gave me the amazon card ($ 50) as their referral program which I never received it. The lady who did the deep cleaning for my teeth was good, but not so impressed the way they handle customer service at their Billing dept.

Let’s face it. No one likes to go to the dentist. With Progressive Dental, however, I don’t mind so much.
When my crown fell out, they fit me in a half hour later, did a full check up, and had me in for work a week later, as well as a cleaning. The hygienists are friendly, the dentist I see — Dr. Hayre — is kind and most of all, honest. They are thoughtful and considerate of your time and problems. I had extreme difficulty with another crown, and they fit me in each time for adjustments with no question. It’s also the best root canal I’ve had, and that’s saying sonething. I’m glad we found this place — I can’t recommend it enough!

I have a LOT of experience with dentists. As a kid I had dental issues so when I moved many years ago to the north end and needed a new clinic, I actually called 1−800-dentist and these folks popped up in the search. I went in and saw Dr. Ranjiv Hayre at what was then Wildwood Dental and he’s been my dentist ever since. Since they created Progressive Group, their service and care has gotten even better!
The entire staff and customer care process is just plain golden! Others have said this in these reviews but… I actually LIKE going to the dentist here!
Dr Hayre has a great attitude and is not only skilled but always takes time to tell me what all the potential elements of each procedure may be. He offers good preventative solutions and ideas, along with an easy going manner. Sooner or later I suppose he will retire and I’m not looking forward to that!

I’ve never been a fan of the dentist. In searching for a new dentist we were referred to Progressive Dental. My first impression upon walking into their office was immediately great. The office staff are friendly and the office is definitely «progressive»!.
Dr. Berry, Jessica and the other technicians did everything you could think of to alleviate my fears and then proceeded to perform without a flaw. They were exceptional in every way and went above and beyond what I would ever expect to make me feel comfortable. Dominique was excellent in her assistance with the financial aspect.
All around an absolutely incredible experience. They have alleviated my dental fears OVERNIGHT!

Well, I can’t believe I would actually give a dentist five stars, but this place is beyond good! I have a mouth full of cavities, and all of my wisdom teeth need to be pulled. Being new to the area, I found this office through the reviews on Unilocal.Everyone from the receptionists to the dental hygienist to the dentist were amazing, gentle and caring. They even have a financial guru to work with you and your insurance to get the most out of what you can afford outside of what insurance will cover. Really top notch place, that I would recommend to anyone!

It had been over 5 years since I had been to the dentist, mainly due to anxiety. But I was having tooth pain and decided it was time to get it checked out as well as get a cleaning. I searched on Unilocal for a place to get my teeth cleaned and this was one of the highest ranked places in my area. There were only 12 reviews though, so I was a little skeptical. The reviews were right though! This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist visit!
The staff was very friendly and the wait time was very short. Dr. Hayre was friendly and very informative.
Kim had the hard task of cleaning my teeth but she was the star of the place. She was very friendly and helped calm my nerves, she kept me informed of what was going to happen next in the appointment and answered all my questions. And she gave the most gentle cleaning experience I’ve ever had!
I will probably always have some anxiety about going to the dentist, but because of my experience here, I know I’m in good hands and feel comfortable about going to the dentist more regularly.

Excellent service. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Skibiel is simply amazing. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat… Right as I walked in they noticed i was anxious and from the start they tried to calm me down. Through the whole procedure they tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible.
I can’t believe im saying this but they may have taken my fear of dentists away!

Great dentist office! The office is nice, clean and modern and every staff member I came in contact with was so polite and kind. The hygienist was great and Dr. Hayre was awesome. The cleaning was gentle and I felt like the exam was thorough and Dr. Hayre took time with me and was not rushed to get to his next patient. I am new to town and could not be more pleased with my new dentist office.

I love this place. It’s probably weird to say that about a dentist office, but the people here are so nice. I see Dr. Hayre, and he is great. I really like his assistant, Angie. Something about her is just super comforting, which was especially helpful when I had a small panic attack before my filling. My husband had to have a temporary crown put on, and Dr. Hayre even called himself that night to check up on him. So nice!
We drive all the way from Beacon Hill to this place in Mill Creek, that alone should tell you how great they are. Also, they offer nitrous for free. Ooooooh yeah!

My wife and I both go to Progressive and it is absolutely the best dental experience either one of us have ever had. Dr Hayre is our doc, and he could not be anymore professional, patient, conservative and skilled. The staff is absolutely the same in every way. Dr Hayre and his partner have just recently updated all of their equipment to the latest and greatest technology-​even flat screens for every chair! I had to have a new crown recently, and it was done in-​house as they have a machine that does it right there. We have many friends that go to Progressive along with their children, and they all say the same thing, their great.
If you are anywhere near Mill Creek, look up Dr Hayre and Progressive, you will not be disappointed.

I have seen Dr. Hayre (previously at Wildwood Dental) for many years and have had nothing but incredibly positive experiences with him and his staff. The new Progressive Dental Group has already incorporated many new technologies including digital x-​rays (viewable with the doctor’s right in your room on the flat screen tv’s that also are connected to cable to use for viewing during your procedure). They also have the new crown machine that allows you to go in for a crown and leave with the permanent one in your mouth during the same visit (no more messing with temporary that are sensative and pop off).
I would recommend them to any people looking for an outstanding dental staff in an incredibly beautfiul facility (lodge like) with high end technology equipment.

Thanks to the excellent care I receive from Dr. Berry at Progressive Dental, I have no cavities! The office is equipped with the latest and greatest in dental technology, resulting in a quick and painless experience.
