I have been seeing Dr. Senick now for about 2 years. Mostly now for maintenance as when I first met her I was in a significant amount of pain in my neck and mid back areas. She was the only person who diagnosed the problem. I drive from Seattle to see her because she works miracles. Her technique makes me feel safe and works every time. She is a wonderful person, has excellent bed side manner and understands the human anatomy like no other. I wouldn’t see any other person but her. If you want to feel better, call her now to make an appointment.

The poor reviews are honestly humorous. Though extremely irritating, I would hope no one would listen to a review judging the «turn-​over» rate. Are you kidding? You see a different face everytime you’re there? Not the same 5 every time? Weird! Dr. Senick tells you herself– she doesn’t WANT to see you any longer after a given amount of time. You shouldn’t need adjustments after a point in time. Besides a random tweak or 6mo check up.
She also will not adjust you if you don’t need it unlike all the other chiro’s– who immediately do the same crick-​crack every single time you walk in, without doing anything to listen to what your body is telling them. Dr Senick lines up your ankles, feeling for tension, listening to what it’s saying (I don’t know the techincal language I apologize) and scans your nerves, which immediately come up onto the computer, showing what’s stressed.
Your review could have been respected for it’s possibly informative experience with billing, were it not so rude and cynical throughout. Seriously, you’re shaming a wonderful doctor, as a doctor– her practice, for your billing issues? Unbelievable! I go to Synergy once a week for massage, and have been going to Dr Senick for almost a year (my neck is in phase III degeneration, and I need more check ups than a lot of folks) I enjoy the personalities AND compassion that each of the employee’s here has.

I LOVE Synergy Wellness, she changed my life, as well as my co-worker’s who referred me, and I was brought to tears the first time I saw her because she LISTENED, and she cross references your body. Via x-​rays, a specialized weight scale– weighing both feet seperately– I carried TWENTY more lbs on my right side because I was so crooked– through nerve scanning, and muscle tension movements– ie. lifting one leg higher than the other while on your stomach, not being able to turn your head left as fluidly as you can right etc. As far as chiro goes-​this is the way to go.

I always look forward to seeing Dr. Senick. I seem to throw my neck out a lot playing sports and I will usually feel it in my lower back. She always fixes me on the first visit and it lasts until the next time I get crazy with my sports. Sometimes I sleep on my neck wrong too. My best testimony is tweaking my back doing this project at work where I had to «Stoop» all day. It was killing me. I went in there on a Friday hardly walking and played ice hockey the next night! She does the Blair method is does NOT use the twisty-​cracky-​feel like you are seeing stars approach. It is gentle and extremely effective. I would highly recommend her. Her associate Jennifer Wilson in Everett is also excellent and I go to both places, one is just farther from home but they both use the Blair method which is amazing.

If you want a chiropractor who is never there for reasons anywhere from her being sick (which is on a regular basis) to her cat, yes her CAT, not eating for a day, and doesn’t call you until the morning of your appt to let you know this; or if you want a chiropractor who will not check your benefits properly, not bill you or your insurance properly, or hold money on your account because you overpaid them (and they will not reimburse you, they will just try to get you to use it up by making more appt’s), then by all means give Dr. Senick a try. Absolutely terrible business practices, clearly illegal activities, either the doctor is a con-​artist or her staff is and she is playing dumb. DON“T EVER GO HERE. She is a great doctor but, her business is suuuuper fishy. Not to mention her turn-​over rate is really high! It’s like I saw a new face in there every day, and all of them were stressed all the time and confused. They don’t know anything about billing and when you call for the billing manager when they mess up your bill, they will never return your calls.
If you want to find doctors using the Blair method, there are 3 in Redmond alone, so finding another would be no problem.

I’ve gone in now a few times to see Dr. Senick and I’ve been pretty happy. While I loved my chiropractor down in Ballard, they unfortunately stopped processing my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket to see her. The point of having insurance is to not have to do that, so I asked her for a recommendation closer to home and she steered me towards Synergy.
I’m happy to know that there are other chiropractors using the Blair Chiropractic method because the traditional method scares me, a lot. Everyone in the office here has been nice and really helpful. For one of my appointments Dr. Senick wasn’t available so I saw Dr. Kong and she was also great. They also have lots of options for treatment since they have an acupuncturist and a massage therapist in their office, as well as a few other practitioners.
I would definitely recommend Synergy Wellness to others.

I get my acupuncture here by Dr. Danika Odama who is a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist.
Synergy is clean, well-​lit and is very friendly to their patients. While Synergy is listed as a chiropractic place, they have a diverse practice that includes:
— naturopathic medicine
— acupuncture
— chiropractic treatment
— personal trainers
— massage therapist
This means you can get a massage, get great personal training sessions, have your back fixed and top if off with acupuncture all in one spot!
The acupuncture session I had was amazing. I wish I knew about it earlier in my life!
I had acupuncture when I was starting to get a migraine, and I actually felt energetic after the session and my migraine went away a few hours after the treatment (also, it did not come back!).
Pain management for my migraines have been horrible with western medicine because of the various side effects and the high cost for a few doses and I’m just not up to paying $ 300+ for my migraine meds or to go to the ER to get a shot during a bad migraine blow up. I came in with all that I knew on western medicine and threw it out afterwards (hey, I’m a science major and I work in a regular hospital!) and am really glad to have discovered that a bunch of needles placed in my body can do so much for migraines that I’ve had for over 12 years.
Dr. Odama is thoughtful in making sure you are warm and comfortable during your treatment, and also thorough and diligent by taking an in depth medical history and to make sure you leave with no needles left on you. If you have any questions or feel uncomfortable with needles being inserted in specific spots, she is very open and kind in explaining the different types of needles she will use and is not offended if you do not want needles in certain places of your body for whatever reason (fear, sensitivity, etc.).

I’ve been going since 2007 and have never been told to not eat for hours. What I like about Dr. Sennick is that her style is extremely precise and gentle. I can always get in on short notice. The traction tables on in the back feel wonderful for resting on after an adjustment.

Every time I got adjusted in the morning (usually around 9−10am) and my whole stomach would be so traumatized and painful from the adjustment that I couldn’t eat anything until at least 1−2pm when everything calmed down a little. Now that I’ve been to other chiropractors, I know that wasn’t normal.
