The Salon at Mill Creek Town Center

First time at this salon! My girl was Tanya and she was awesome! Such a talented stylist! It was my first time doing balayage and had no idea how it would turn out! But she did an amazing job! I absolutely love my hair! Thank you Tanya!

I have had a couple of different people at The Salon, cut my hair. The last one did an awful job but I didn’t notice until I got home and saw «chunks» of hair missing. I couldn’t do anything to hide how it looked so I finally went to another salon to get it fixed. It’s going to be a work in progress as I’ll have to let some of my hair grow out to fix each area, otherwise, I would have to have a pixie cut!!! I have not had a decent cut there by any of the «stylists» I had. One never even trimmed my bangs, rushed through the cut and I ended up with one side longer than the other. I won’t be back.

My roommate and I got our first Brazilian blowouts here and were VERY impressed. Sydney did an amazing job and our hair has been transformed from frizzy, dead and unmanageable, to being soft, shiny and ultra smooth! It’s been several showers and the results have held up perfectly! And my hair is way straighter than before, which is a big plus! It’s insane waking up with hair that is soft and shiny. All I have to do is brush it, maybe touch up straighten one side, then it’s done. I’m obsessed!!!

Sidney was so sweet and gave me a great cut. I might just have to breakup with my long standing salon since I finally found somewhere great in a location not near the mall! Next on the list is balayage — Sidney recommended Brie so I might just give her a try.

Had my Brazilian Blowout done a week ago and love it :) I was hesitant as I thought I will never get my hair to look good as I have coarse and thick hair.
The Brazilian made all the difference I now have smooth and silky hair:) It take me less time to style.

I had the great opportunity to work with Shannon. Loved how she did my hair all the times I visited her, but not sure if she was an understanding person when I had unfortunate change of plans and couldn’t make it to the salon. I am a busy mother and entrepreneur, I think they blocked my phone number after I was told that I shouldn’t be late. I was only 10mins late. After I tried getting appts after that incident they said that they never received my txt messages or voice mails or that it didn’t even showed that I called. Very odd and unfortunate that they didnt even offer to fix the issue. They didn’t care for my business even after leaving them more than 20% tips!

I have been to this salon three times. First for a Brazilian blowout with Shannon that was great. Second was for a balayage color with Brie, this visit was good I did not get the light blonde color I was after but more of a warm brassy blonde. I understand that lighting hair can be a process so Brie advised I come back in 6 weeks.
I waited 8 weeks and came back for another balayage in attempt to get the light blonde color I wanted. This was my third and last visit. Tania was my colorist and she is fairly new to the salon. After applying the color my hair turned a apricot color (not what we wanted). Tania then proceed to tone and bleach more. After re-​toning when she attempted to brush out my hair she could not as it was SOOOO damaged. She handed me the brush and I could not get it though my hair either! I then asked her to do a Olaplex treatement which of course I was charged a additional $ 25.00 for. She then did not have time to dry and style my hair and handed me off to another stylist (I believe the manager). In the salon my hair resembled a blond color but once out in the sun and in home lighting the last 3 inches of my hair were GREY and Very damaged, I was unable to brush after it after washing as it was so gummy and hair was coming out.
As I live 50 miles from the salon I went to a local salon the next day and they cut three inches of my hair and did another deep conditioning treatment. They were shocked at how severely damaged my hair was.
I contacted the Salon at Mill Creek and they did say they would have fixed it but they offered to sell me Olaplex for $ 25.00. I would not give this salon anymore money. I am shocked they had the opportunity to provide me with great customer service and instead they offered to charge me more. I paid $ 200+ for severely damaged grey hair. I won’t be back.

I am incredibly picky about who touches my hair after several screw ups in the past year, one resulting in a super short pixie cut that I am currently growing out.
I went in for a trim, as the aforementioned grow out looked like a skater haircut trying to crawl off my head. My hair was just to the middle of my ears. But I was rocking a mullet. A hard core mullet.
The gal who cut my hair was personable, but kind of difficult to keep the conversation going with, which is fine. Please, please, focus on my hair.
The reason I gave it four, and not five, stars is because of the price for what amounts to a trim. $ 40. FORTY DOLLARS. My wallet cried a little and I swear I saw the edges of my credit card go floppy.
The haircut does look good, but I am due for another trim to keep things from looking insane, but I am hesitant to spend forty dollars on a trim that has just reached the bottom of my ears.

Went today for haircut n balayage, Brie really did excellent job with hair color, n shannon too with haistyle. I love it! Definitely going back.

I was really looking forward to having my hair cut!!! My appointment was at 5:15 tonight. I checked in with some girl (they have no front desk.,. Brilliant) and sat where she told me to. And waited and waited until 535. No one spoke to me or told me they’d be with me soon or anything. I have a life and made the appointment at 5:15 for a reason, so I got up a left. What terrible customer service. Don’t go here. So disappointed.

After leaving another salon, my hair was an absolute disaster.
I visited The Salon to attempt to restore my hair and now I refuse to go anywhere else!
Shannon is an amazing stylist and gives the best Brazilian blowouts, cuts and other styles you may like.
Erica is a fantastic colorist and is the only colorist to ever give me the blonde I like!

I’m glad I kept giving this place a chance, because my first 2 experiences weren’t great. But 3^rd time was a charm!
I first got a full highlight done by Carrie, who is no longer there (her card said her name was «London») and it was a total waste of money. She didn’t really listen to what I wanted, definitely rushed, seemed pretty rude and unfriendly as well. Although she did ask me how long I had psoriasis on my scalp… Which at the time I didn’t know I had and maybe wasn’t tactful at bringing it up. But it did lead to me going to a dermatologist and getting diagnosed… So there’s that!
The second time I saw a colorist… And I can’t remember her name… But she messed up the foils in my bangs pretty badly. It looked ridiculous. Luckily the salon was super cool about letting me come in & have someone else fix them. They fixed the foils as best as I think they could, but you could still tell it was uneven for a bit so it was frustrating.
Third time, I got a color by Lilly & cut by Shannon… They are my dream team! Amazingggg results. People actually noticed I got my hair done this time! They listened and helped me achieve exactly what I wanted and both had awesome personalities.
If everything continues like this last appointment, I’ll update to 5 stars for sure!

Just had a Brazilian Blowout with Courtney. She is new to salon, but has experience. Love my BB and she was fast. I have thick, shoulder length hair. Another hair dresser told me it would be 1 ½−3 hr procedure. With Courtney it was a little over an hour! Fast & good. Salon also honored price I paid for groupon on first BB. So don’t forget to get a groupon for this salon. Will go back for BB again. I have been there 3 times now. Also had color & Balayage with Brie and liked her.

I’ve had my hair done there twice; cut and color both times. I really like the balyage treatment and have been happy with the cuts.

I went here for additional color and maintenance and the result is awesome. Janeth did a great job and will recommend her to everybody

Came here for a full foil & hair cut.
Loved it. Not only were the girls doing my hair were sweet, informative, and just all around nice. they gave me incredible hair!
I think I found my home for hair! Sydney & Carrie… amazing!

I went in to see Carrie to get a balayage. She did exactly what I wanted: a reddish/​orange toned mix with brown. I would rate 5 stars but these were the things I didn’t like: she was REALLY rough with my head abs hair. The whole process hurt. Also, she didn’t really take her time. She rushed through the entire appointment and was just really rough with her movements (also got a bunch of water in my ears). She definitely needs to just slooowwwww down. Lastly, the color in my bangs area was really orange so I’ll have to get that section of hair fixed.
That’s it! The salon was beautiful, the girls there were outgoing. Small little fixes and the place would be 5 stars. I’ll definitely go back.

For the price, I was very disappointed. I asked for mostly blonde highlights and wanted to try a rose gold/​pinkish highlight. The colorist warned me that the pink would fade quickly if I A) took hot showers or B) styled my hair everyday. I’ve been careful not to do much of either, but my color faded within 2 weeks. You couldn’t even tell I did anything to my hair because it just looked flat and bland. The cut is fine, but this was a trim and I’m guessing hard to mess-​up too badly.
I’m not sure what brand they used for color, but my results were not impressive.

Went in to go get my horrible balayage fixed. I cannot say enough about the great job they did. And I also got a haircut from Ashley.
Ive bee to all the salons in mill creek and can say this salon does an amazing job. The ladies are so friendly.
Definitely will be going back.

I got the Groupon for a Brazilian Blowout and I’m so glad I did! The process was quick and my hair is silky smooth and gorgeous (post wash).
Heather was an absolute gem and I would definitely love to go back to see her!
This salon is very new and it’s a great location in the Town Center where you have several options to grab coffee, treats, and walk around and shop before or after your appointment.
Highly recommended.
