Dr. Robinson basically saved my life. Before finding Dr. Robinson, I had consulted with countless Bay Area doctors about my sudden onset debilitating headaches; yet was left with nothing but prescriptions, which did not help, and more headaches. I finally found Dr. Robinson. He listened carefully to my symptoms, and ordered a CT scan. It turns out that my headaches were being caused by a cavernous malformation which had been hemorrhaging both chronically and acutely. No other Doctor knew that there was anything wrong, but Dr. Robinson did, and because of him, I was able to get the proper treatment that I needed. In this case, it was a craniotomy. I happy to say that now, 13 years later, Dr. Robinson is still my primary care physician, and I am fine. His expertise, knowledge, insight, and ability to listen make him one of the finest Bay Area doctors. I highly recommend him!

I was referred to this practice by a fellow athlete and went today. Everything from the first call through my appointment today was faultless.

Dr Robinson is absouletly the best ever. He has couched/​inspired me on so many levels personally and has gone above board to guide us through life with our 96 year old dad. You are in the best hands.

I am a FORMER patient of Dr. Robinson. I was NOT satisfied with him or his staff. He completely mis-​diagnosed a bacterial infection in my head that could have been fatal. He also mis-​diagnosed a potentially fatal brain aneurism in another patient. He is usually not available to actually see his patients, and you have to see a nurse practitioner. But you still pay the same rate. I HIGHLY suggest that you look for some other doctor who actually knows medicine and really cares about his or her patients.

Have had a couple of same day appointments here and had no problem with booking. This doctor has a very nice manner which I really appreciate.
Even more so because I have a 2 year old daughter who really doesn’t like doctors that much! He quickly calmed her down at her last appointment by interacting with her. It was the least stressful appointment I’ve had and that’s saying something!

I am a retired R.N. and have had the best of care from Dr. Robinson and Diana Saylor.
I can get an appointment very quickly and in a semi-​emergency the same hour.
When I first saw Dr. Robinson I found him to be a serious clinician with loads of analytical perception. (a medical geek) He understood my various problems and set up a workable schedule to follow my care. In renewing prescriptions it is difficult because Physicians are under new regulations and must renew with an appointment. I questioned it at first until I heard some of the new regulations set forth by the government etc. told to me by my friends in the Health Sciences fields.
Diana Saylor diagnosed a problem I was having when a Orthopaedic Surgeon passed on it causing me incredible pain. She is top notch and got me through it.
Paying the additional fee is okay with me. It beats the alternative to be seen by a group of doctors who run you through their office line a assembly line rubber stamping like prescriptions to similar diagnosis’s.
Yes, health care has changed but intelligent care is hard to find. I will stay with this very smart team.

Dr. Curtis Robinson is an intelligent professional physician with enough empathy to assure that the community that he lives in his taken care of. His bedside manner is approachable, with a keen skill in listening to his patients. His staff believes in quality patient care in assisting with any referrals or necessary prescriptions a patient may need. Dr Robinson will invest the time in educating you, to assure that prudent medical decisions are made towards your best interest.

Dr. Robinson is rad. In fact everyone I have seen here is awesome. Aaron stitched my hand pain free on an emergency call.(they saw me within fifteen minutes of me waking in.) Tana listens to everting and is very empathetic. Diane typically sees my children and has always been great. I do get bothered by the wait times, however, if they are late if is because they are taking care of patients needs that may take longer than mine. Or like my situation, they took me in without an appointment to give me stitches instead of paying thousands at an er. I am saddened by these negative posts. I have had a few issues here, but we are adults and adults solve problems in person not social media. I have had concerns with the practice twice and it has always worked out for a better relationship in the future. And finally I have to say this, these are doctors with many patients. He has this many patients because his patients want to be his patients. He is not our mommy and isn’t supposed to pat us on the back and tell us everything is going to be okay. He is here to diagnose and treat. In my own experience with this office if you hold your judgements because another patient has a bigger problem than yours and learn how to communicate with this office as an adult. You will most certainly find that respect you are looking for. Dr. Robinson knows all my stuff and over the years has learned how to treat me in a way we are both satisfied with. We laugh and joke and then go on our ways.

Dr. Robinson is a kind and pleasant man. However, in comparing him with my previous GP (now retired), along with the various other doctors and specialists I have seen over the years, he’s not making the grade. I think the root cause, in my opinion, is that Dr. Robinson is not actually that curious about his patients, their ailments, and in general their lives. You know how it is when someone is genuinely curious about something or someone? They ask a lot of questions. They probe. They dig for answers, and if they’re good diagnosticians they don’t jump to conclusions too quickly. I always leave Dr. Robinson’s office thinking, «wow, he’s a really nice guy,» followed by, «did he actually examine me?»
I am looking for a doctor who is thorough, and who demonstrates a real curiosity about my health and well-​being. Someone who takes a more holistic view of their patients, and isn’t just «a nice guy.»

I have been a patient of this office for 10 years. I recommend them highly. You will not find a better group of providers in the county. When you are a patient of Dr. Robinson you are able to get in the day you call if it is necessary. They are so caring and professional. I feel they really care about me and my health. I have had nothing but good and positive experiences with everyone that works in this office especially Diana Saylor.

Dr robinson has been my doctor for the last 10 years. Love him. i usually go to see him when everything else has failed to keep me going. Very personable, you are not just a number he cares, does not buklshit or overprescribe. A true professional like we need in this country where health is such a problem. Highly recommended.

Seems they just have too many patients to give any actual service once you walk out the door. My initial visit was just fine but later on they stopped refilling my prescription and didn’t bother returning voicemails about why. Do I need to go back and see them to have it renewed? I suppose so, but shouldn’t they call? The pharmacy told me this was their way of alerting me that I was due for an office visit.
Seriously? I think that’s rude.
I’ll be due for another Doctor visit — with a different doctor.

After 3 years with Dr. Robinson, I am looking for another primary doctor. Too many errors with prescription refills. I rarely even got to see him. Dr. Diane misdiagnosed me also. Said I had constipation and it turned out to be stomach flu. I don’t feel like this office is worth the annual fee you have to pay. I feel bad having to write this, but I think Dr. Robinson needs to get some real MD’s in the office. They never showed any concern when I was in the hospital either.

Dr. Robinson is kind, compassionate and cares about his patients. Having worked beside him, I abolutely respect him as a physician and as a respected member of our community.

Kind, helpful, informative. EVERYONE in Dr. Robinson’s office from the office help to the PA to Dr. Robinson are dialed in. They are informed, intelligent great diagnosticians. I have been going there (with my entire family) for over 15 years and feel luck to have them manage our health care.

After many years with Dr Robinson I am looking for a new physician. Calls are not returned, errors with sending prescriptions and long wait times for appointments. Their service is terrible.

Dr Robinson has been my primary physcian since my old doctor retired several years ago.
I like his direct manner. When I told him I needed a motivator to get started on exercising he said «What about death?».
Now that is language I can understand.
The staff is helpful and attentive. I also appreciate Diana Saylors help over the years.
I also like his keeping track of my history on the computer.

Dr. Robinson’s office is painless when it comes to getting an appointment. All the staff are friendly and easy to work with.
I see Diana Saylor, PA… she is fantastic. She listens, she problem solves and comes up with a solution. Diana takes very detailed notes, she asks lot’s of questions and by the time you leave, you feel like you have a plan of attack.
If Dr. Robinson is not available; and you get an appointment with Diana, you will be well taken care of.

I liked Dr. Robinson himself when I saw him a couple times. I have a few pretty serious complaints though:
— I received a letter in the mail saying I’d have to pay more than $ 100 each year if I wanted to keep seeing Dr. Robinson… this fee was explained to cover the office’s administrative costs and to help the office return calls on the same day. Health care is already so expensive though and I was not looking for a «designer» doctor where I’d have to pay extra’s like this.
— I had trouble getting a response about test results from medical tests that I’d had done. I eventually did get the results but the process was not as easy as I would have hoped…
