History

Established in 1980.

Paul Goldsmith graduated from UC Hastings in 1980 and has worked first as a clerk for California Supreme Court Justice Matthew Tobriner, and in several law firms as an associate and partner. He established an independent practice in Marin, representing clients throughout the Bay Area in bankruptcy, real estate and business matters; and had served as a mediator and arbitrator with BASF and others for the last 15 years. He has represented secured lenders, creditors, trustees and debtors over the last 20 years.
