I am so disappointed with the customer service of this company. We called them in September because we knew our roof had a minor leak, and we needed some gutter work done. We wanted to get this all out of the way before rainy season hit. They never called back, so we called again a week later and finally got a call. We were told someone would be over to take a look. No one came, so we called again. Again, we were told that someone would be over. Finally, the person came and took a look, and told us he would be in touch with a quote. Another week went by and we heard nothing, so we called. We finally received the quote. At this point it’s mid-October. We have some questions about the quote, so we call again. A week goes by and we hear nothing, so we call again. Eventually, we approve the quote, and want to start work. We call, call again, and call again, always leaving messages and never hearing back! Finally, yesterday, I left a message expressing my serious disappointment and asking if we need to find another roofing company, as it is now mid-November and rainy season is upon us. Jason called today and left a message telling me that we should go ahead and probably get someone else, or that he could try to squeeze us in in December! That would be three months after we started trying to get this taken care of, and we’re talking about a two-day job ATMOST! I am extremely disappointed. I even expressed to Jason that we have a three month old and cannot be dealing with a leaking roof during rainy season, but he apparently didn’t care. There must be better companies in the area. I hope so, because I now need one!
