Juan Rios is the best! We received many many quotes for painting our 2⁄2 1400sf apartment in Corte Madera, some that were 3 times as much as he charged us. We also received a few very low quotes from handymen. He matched our very lowest quote and included all materials/​C2 (upgraded Benjamin Moore) paint. He also did the work over the holidays while we traveled, all in one day with his team, and he was entirely professional about every detail. Also kind and nice to work with. I found him on Unilocal then learned from an interior designer friend that he’s the only guy she and her mentor work with. So he does big expensive jobs as well as small ones for people like me who are on more of a budget. I highly and enthusiastically recommend him!

I highly recommend Rios Painting!!! My husband and I live on a houseboat in Sausalito and they did a spectacular job!!! Juan and his crew are honest, dependable, thorough, and do great work. Juan is a really nice hard working guy who you can trust. I am, admittedly, a very high maintenance customer and I was extremely pleased with the results. For the best paint job at a fair price call Rios Painting!

We have been working on a major remodel for 6 months and Juan and his crew have been the most reliable, competent, skilled and enthusiastic of all the subs we have worked with. When someone takes immense pride in what they do, it shows in the result.
We have a very tricky house with lots of angels, textured wood wall and high ceilings. Juan is extremely knowledgable in his trade which makes working with him really easy. Juan and his crew worked diligently to complete their job on time and on budget.
We have a few more months of construction and then I will hire him again to complete the rest of the house.

We could not be more satisfied with Juan @ Rios Painting. He does excellent work, is knowledgeable about paint and finish, and is a very nice man you feel you can trust in your home. When we narrowed the color to four choices, at his insistence, he painted all four swatches to watch over the course of the day to make the right choice. No pressure. Brilliant. My only regret is that we cannot give him more than five stars. Juan was hired to paint after a kitchen remodel. We were so pleased with his work, we added a couple of dining room walls, repairs and touch-​up. When we recover from the kitchen to undertake painting the rest of house, there is no one else we will call.

I have used Rios Painting for the past six years and cannot say enough good things about him and his crew. Juan most recently painted my house exterior. When he came by for the estimate, he gave me a few great tips and recommendations on type of paint, color, and finish — all of which I ended up using.
At the 11th hour, I also asked him to repaint my front porch and deck. Juan was so helpful offering advice and getting the best quality paint and stain for a new look I wanted. In addition, I asked if he could touch up kitchen cabinets he had refaced 4 years ago. He made a separate trip to come out and touch up my cabinets at no charge.
I would definitely recommend Rios Painting. His team is fantastic, and most of all Juan is a pleasure to work with. He has a great eye for color and detail, and delivers the best quality and service.

You’ll get professional quality service every step. There’s a detailed quote, excellent communication, you’ll get specific info on paint choices, and friendly service. The results couldn’t be better. Juan Rios has painted about 6 rooms and my exterior trim. Juan and family are great folks. My girlfriend also had Juan paint her Fairfax home and she also loved the results and services. I was first introduced to Juan about 6 years ago when he worked with another painter I had hired. He did an amazing job painting some rooms in our new home and so I was so pleased when he started his own painting business. He just finished painting our guest bedroom and it’s another beautiful job! I highly recommend Juan.
