I have had full coverage — car, home and rentals with Shere Goo for nearly 25 years. Shere has always been thorough and thoughtful about my coverage: what is crucial, what is not, avoiding duplications, having appropriate coverage, long term planning, understanding my goals, best cost strategies… and in between all the serious discussions I always just plain enjoy my time with her. She had been on my side through thick and thin. The service level in the office is exemplary, I always get a consistent quick response and assistance. No request is too big or too small. The location is convenient, office is pleasant. Family run business. You can’t go wrong signing up for insurance with this team!

Shere and her team are AMAZING! I was involved in a stressful situation from a car accident and needed help sorting things out. Thankfully, Shere came to my rescue and helped me throughout the entire process. She explained everything to me really well and made the process seem much easier than I thought. We have insured virtually everything we have with Shere and her team for 25 years — this includes everything relating to our home, fire, earthquake, plus FEMA flood, $ 1M umbrella liability and 4 cars. Why we have everything with Shere and State Farm is that they frankly are the best agents we have ever worked with in all the places we have lived.
We constantly get mailings from other insurers enticing us via specials or something else to change agents and we just ignore them. One big key with Shere’s team is they show concern plus personal knowledge of you, your family, your current and potential insurance needs coupled with fast response and resolution to any issue — and, they always suggest ways to lower your costs.
We are not surprised that everyone gives them a 5 star rating.

I just returned from my appointment with Shere and am blown away. Without asking Shere made several suggestions that lowered my premiums by almost half while maintaining the same degree of coverage. She didn’t rush me, in fact we talked about all things beyond insurance and coverage.
Last year my teenage son had an «incident» with his car. Because Shere had guided me to have a certain level of coverage, I ended being made 100% whole when the car was totaled. Everyone was telling me how much money I was going to loose — I didn’t loose a cent.
Whenever I call for a quick quote, quick question, someone gets back to me within the hour. Every time without fail.
I’m actually thinking about moving my life insurance policies to State Farm because of how much I value Shere’s counsel.
In a world where customer service is promised but rarely delivered, Shere walks the walk —
consistently.

What a team they have at this State Farm branch! Very useful customer service! I get questions answered immediately. You can walk in the office and you can feel the family atmosphere, honestly that means alot to me especially when I’m doing business. Jackie and Kelly are always on it, making sure my life is smooth with my policies and giving me extensions when I need it. I’m a young business entrapenaur so learning money managment is huge. Meeting with Carolyn (the financial advisor) once a month to plan for the future and learn ways I could be smarter with my money is a great service that they provide here. The head of the operations Mrs. Goo is always looking out for the clients best interest, which is extremely hard to find these days. I recommend everyone to this place.

I moved from Calgary, Canada to Marin County in September of 1999. With a one year work visa in hand, I secured a ridiculously overpriced apartment in Sausalito and set out to find an insurance agent. A co-​worker highly recommended Shere Goo. I met Shere, liked her, and quickly put my prized automobile under her care.
A one year visa turned into a long-​term residency. Over the past 16 years I have changed my home, my job, my automobile (too many times), my TV service, my cellular service, my Internet provider and even my wife… The one service I have not changed is my Insurance Agent.

I have been a life long State Farm customer with Life, Auto, and Condo insurance. Shere and her team have always been there for me. I never once felt I was calling an office, but instead a friend (or neighbor). Its always a pleasure calling, whether it be to chat, file a claim or question. The team are all very dependent and even reachable during off hours. Austin Gordon is especially helpful with his large knowledge base of the insurance products and great communication skills. When shopping around for quotes, he is able to give me the best insight and advice on what level of coverage I need. I have no doubt that the rest of the team is capable as well.
