There is something about the area by the bay Where people are very unfriendly, I must say I love the juice But not the abuse Of ugly mugs and their rude, inconsiderate way

We went here for a snack last Friday and the cashier who took our order also was very accommodating … He was wearing a baseball cap that reads«wired» something and he took our orders of Strawberry and Pomegranate Swirl and 2 Jalapeño Muffins. So delicious rich and fluffy and hope to return to the same location with this muffin readily available… The juices were served fresh chilled and cool just as we wanted it…

The staff at this Jamba Juice is very unprofessional. Being a long time Millbrae resident, I have come here many times, with my children. An employee here text my daughter and told her to never return to this Jamba or else. I didn’t realize a 18yr old girl owned this Jamba Juice. As a former Jamba Manager, this does NOT fall in with the F.I.B.E.R. motto all employees are to follow. I am following up with the Manager first, and then the district office.

Good service, great drinks. I love a local Jamba Juice that isn’t completely horrible. I definitely recommend the pomegranate paradise which is my usual order. Stop by on a hot day for a cool refreshment!

Picked up a couple smoothies and a bite to eat today. Very friendly staff! And they were working efficiently! Service could have been a bit quicker but I’m not blaming the staff seeing as how there were only two of them. Smoothies tasted great.

Where all the nice staffs? Used to be the place i like until that bit*h who made my drink so nasty, and she look so unhappy like someone force her to works. excuse me, i paid $ 6 or more for my large drink, she gave me a large cup fill with little bit more than half. I told her its not filled, she look mad and grad my cup of drink and fix it. attitude were bad and full of madness or she doesn’t know how to smile, finally she put down my cup of drink very hard on the table without saying anything. I’m not expect she doing something very nice but at least you can say«here’s your drink! «when you hand it not like knock my drink on the table. Its taste different from the taste how It usually taste.

I was so unhappy with my berry acai bowl. Some girl made it and she made it very carelessly clearly. Just because of how horrible it looked, I probably won’t be back to this location. The San Mateo one makes them perfectly! So I assumed it would be like that here, and haha was I wrong! This didn’t even look good to eat and it was missing ingredients!!! Didn’t realize all this until I got into my car… I would’ve totally made them remake it if I had looked at it right away.

Sure, I love Jamba. Especially, the energy bowls are pretty addictive for breakfast. But lately I’ve been frustrated with their«Jamba insiders rewards» program. If a customer doesn’t enter their phone number on the tiny screen BEFORE payment they get no points even if the cash drawer is still open! The employees should be TRAINEDTOPROMPT the customers. Christina, the employee today admitted that MANY other customers also forget to type in their number on the tiny, rather inconspicuous screen until it’s to late. This also happened to me at the San Mateo store. To Mr. or Ms. Jamba, If you want your customers to be super-annoyed just before consuming your smoothies, don’t remind them about the rewards program at the point-of-sale. The display for the rewards program is relatively small and most people are more concerned about looking up at the menu board rather than looking down at chest level. I assumed you invested a lot of capital into the rewards program and would think that you would want people to use it.

Worst customer service possible. Came in here around noon and it took a 10 minute wait just to order although it was empty. The three guys behind the counter we either socializing with each other or cleaning rather than helping customers. I came in to order a drink and they got it wrong. When I asked the long haired guy who made my drink about it he gave a rude response and said«he doesn’t know». The manager was no help either.

Ugh, originally I had written the review when I was waiting on my wellness bowl. I still stand by the fact that this branch has friendly staff, but apparently not everyone has common sense. I dropped two stars because of the banana on my wellness bowl. When she called my name, which was the wrong name by the way, and handed me my chunky strawberry bowl in a cup, it was so obvious the banana had gone bad. It was majority browned and slimy looking. Isn’t it common sense if the banana looks so bad then you should chunk it and cut another one? And if they were out of bananas I would have happily walked away with my bowl banana-less instead of it contaminating my bowl!

I love this place! They are nice and accomodating to my ordering needs even when it can be pretty ridiculous from time to time. I like anything that has berries. Berries are very good for you so why not drink as much as you can. My only complaint is that it costs too much for a 16oz. drink. If only they lowered by a dollar, I can drink this stuff everyday. It tastes good and its good for you.

Definitely coming again! First off, I gotta say the cashier lady seemed like she hated her job. I didnt see her name tag, but she was a short asian with smoked out eyeliner and dark black hair. But anyways, I ordered a pink star sized original. I still dont have a favorite smoothie since they discontinued my all time favorite — blackberry bliss. After she took my order, I sat down by a shelf, and when my order was ready, and very very nice Caucasian man handed my smoothie to me. He even asked how my day was, and he just seemed like he was glad to make my smoothie. These little things really make a difference in someone’s day. 5 stars just because of him!

This location has never disappointed me. The staff is young and friendly and they do a good job. On Wednesday’s they sell oatmeal for $ 1. I got the black berry and blue berry topped one, delicious. I also saw that they now sell coffee so I got a coffee for less than $ 1.50. What a deal for a nice morning/afternoon snack. I will always come back to this Jamba Juice. For smoothies, the best are Strawberry Surf rider, cold buster, orange berry blitz(ob squared), orange carrot juice, etc.

The Jamba staff is super friendly! I always recognize the workers because I often run by this place and peek through the windows… not really… I just come here a lot. Or at least in the summer I did! Well anyways, it looks like there are new staff members! So I don’t blame them for the slightly long wait. Practice makes perfect, and perfect makes Peach Perfection… LOLUH. I bought a «Google Offer» the other day for Jamba Juice– $ 5 for $ 10 worth of Jamba Juice! For those of you who don’t know about Google Offers, it’s basically like a Groupon! You buy the coupon for a certain amount and you receive usually 50% more than what you pay for. So when I ordered my drinks this morning, I handed the printed coupon to the cashier and she stared at it for a minute. She handed it to me and said, «I don’t know what this is.» LOLSERIOUSLY? I explained to her what it was. and then she said, «I’m pretty sure this is a scam. I’ll have to call my manager to ask about this.» The guy in line behind me even said, «I used the Google Offer at the same Jamba Juice and it worked!» — Thank you, sir. I was a little shocked about this… especially because the girl regarded herself as the GENERALMANAGER! Shouldn’t she know about all of the deals going on? So I waited for about an extra ten minutes for her to call her manager to find out if the coupon was«valid» or not. I was in no rush, so I didn’t complain. I didn’t get any apologies when she found out that the coupon was actually valid, though :(. Boohoo. Oh, I ordered the usual– Orange, Carrot, Banana :)) It’s as fresh as I am!(I’m not that fresh though…) IT’S REALLYFRESH! What I like about their orange/carrot/banana juices is that there are no additional sugars or any weird supplements in there! YAY

Jamba has been given a complete makeover since the days when i was a regular. Yeah, those were the days. No GTL for me just GJD(Gym, Jamba, Drink Beers) which was the routine for a college athlete. They now offer so many different items. Breakfast food, Coffee, lunch eats and so much more. But, I’m kinda old fashioned b/c all I want is an ice cold smoothy, a double shot of wheatgrass and maybe a good olé Parmesan Pretzel.

Revitalize me, please. Amanda J. & I just ran a heck of a lot of miles this AM. We were in desperate need of rejuvenation. Solution: Jamba Juice. Location: located next to Starbucks on Broadway, a busy main street in the city Millbrae. Why is it that Jamba & Starbucks are so conveniently, almost«sisterly» placed together @most locations? Hmmm. Ambiance: SO fresh and SO clean. The Goods: looooooove their selection of smoothies(strawberries wild or mango-a-go-go), lower fat/lower calorie option smoothies, meals(like the acai or chunky strawberry topper), warm sugary oatmeal, pizzas, wraps(chimmi-churry), and salads. They have such a wide variety of goodies! Faves: chunky strawberry topper and chicken chimmi-churri wrap. The topper is made up of blended strawberry & peanut butter, generous amount of granola, &topped w/slices of fresh bananas. Yum! The wrap has slices of chicken and veggies, but what makes it so awesome is the pesto sauce it comes w/! Sigh, so good! Tip: If you get a wrap and drink combo, $ 2 is slashed from your bill. Nice!
