Kevin and his team are amazing and our results speak for themselves.
My wife and I were considering selling our Foster City condo and met with Kevin. He was incredibly knowledgable about the nuances of the market and explained what we should expect. He offered guidance and assistance in doing some minor renovations — which added very little cost but delivered an amazing return.
Kevin’s value really shows in the amazing marketing package he put together; beautiful arial shots and a complete listing package that made our property look stunning and had potential buyers waiting for our first open house.
Our first open house was on a Friday evening, 2 weeks after we first met Kevin and we had an offer for well above our asking price on Saturday as well as a backup offer.

He was very nice and easygoing. He told us it would take him a week to sell it. We were doubtful but hopeful.
