A shopping experience in downtown Millburn inspired by the classic familiarity of Audrey herself, designed for the dynamic lives of modern women. Lori Csik opened Dressed by Lori after a 30 plus year career in fashion and the retail industry. Over the years, Lori has developed a strong sense of what women are looking to achieve with fashion and how she can help them bring out the best version of themselves, which is what differentiates her from the rest. Lori has an eye for styles and fits that promise to compliment varying body types and a craving for designers creating distinct American made products. She believes a dress can take a women from «day to play» giving her clients the flexibility they need to lead a busy life, but look and feel amazing while doing it!

History

Established in 2012.

My lifelong dream was to have a boutique of my own. After raising 3 boys and a husband, I finally took the plunge at the age of 55. I looked for the perfect location for a year and when I walked into 304 Millburn Avenue, I knew this was it! I made it my own and the rest is history. I have always worn dresses so the choice to have a store filled with day to play dresses was a deliberate choice. It’s me!

I remember going shopping with my mother once a year to a store called Lerner’s in Red Bank, NJ. When my mother walked in with 4 girls all the sales ladies were in a frenzy to help my mother choose our annual wardrobe. That was such a big memory for me. I would carefully iron, hang and list what I was wearing for the week, until my 4 sisters got a hold of the «list» Pretty clothing, service and quality stayed with me throughout my lifetime and I’m so proud and extremely blessed that I’m able to live a dream… it’s never too late. ox
