Old Navy

15 people in line as always one manager came up helped a cahshier saw line walked away texting in her phone… Then came back to help cashier still having problems.
I asked for a manager when I finally got there I had waited behind only 5 people. I asked the manager and why she couldn’t jump on. She said people out back comming on next shift would jump on when they come out. I said why don’t you until then? «Store policy she said». What to make sure your customers wait as long as possible so they NEVER come back? So then she said she would find out where these «people outback were»
She then comes back with a girl who had been already on the floor already and had also walked by the 15 person line (with only 2 cahshiers on) several times and didn’t seemed fazed. The clothes are piled to the ceiling on the tables in huge messy heaps like a big junky rummage sale! The merchandising looks like … Well CRAP! Everthing smells like cheap plastic from China. The store is AWAYS such a huge mess you can’t find anything and the line is not worth the trouble! People are nuts to go in there!

Love the old navy store but not sure why there is always a long line and very slow moving every time I come in. Wish they would call more cashiers up when they saw the line all the way do the end of the aisle and continue to only have 2 cashiers.

Great clearance here. Got a bunch of late-​gifts for dirt cheap.
Lots of other clothing and great inventory. Got my jacket here as well. They had 4 IN MY SIZE, and living in Westwood, I usually go to Dedham or Walpole, both having none, 4 is great. Even if the store I’m near has 1, if this place has 4, in which I can decide the best looking one (sometimes there is something on jackets or other clothing). Plus, they had a great number of cashiers on.

The woman that assisted me when I was trying to find clothes for my upcoming vacation was AWESOME!!! I wish I remembered her name… At many places the people stocking items act like you’re bothering them if you ask them a question or ask for assistance; this girl went out of her way to assist me and I will definitely go back there (this was my first time shopping in this Old Navy location — but it won’t be my last)…

Service here is always excellent. The employees make a point to get you the best deal for your money & always seem happy.

Not a big fan of Old Navy. As a big Guy, I find that their sizes run on the small size.
There were plenty of associates out and about, all friendly and smiling.
Attempted to purchase a Halloween t-​shirt for my little goblin. The sign on the table clearly said they were $ 5.00, yet twice I brought one up and twice I was told they were full price. At that point, I said enough and walked out. No thought to customer service at all. Offer me a shirt for the sale price, come take a walk to the display to help me out. Or do nothing and watch me take my business elsewhere.
