This is a Few days late, but as they say«better late than never». So to start, this seems to be a pizzeria with a restaurant in the back. They were very busy but it was Friday night so to be expected and it looked like a good sign. So here’s my Cons. — The fact that you have to wait for a table while standing among the pizzeria is a downer. Very tight area and felt a little confused. Now we get seated but the wait for a waitress seemed excessive. Yes the were busy but I feel that once you’re seated thing should move along swiftly. Sorry but it didn’t work that way this night. So the food. — Typical Italian fare with some specials. Two orders of Ravioli were good, but to be expected. I has a special which was shrimp, sausage pieces and a cream sauce over spaghetti. I liked it but was too much food for me. Not necessarily a complaint. Overall a good meal just not happy waiting among a crowd of people picking up pizzas. I’ll go again and give another try

It’s a very good place. I’ve been here 4 – 6 times with family. Family friendly, nicely appointed décor, Peroni is available here. I enjoy the broccoli di rapa dishes, and ravioli pastas, and the parmigiana dishes are generous portions of good restaurant quality in a clean casual atmosphere. The service is serviceable, nothing to right home about, but good. It ain’t NYC, but it definitely is a taste of Italy we can all appreciate. I don’t know the culinary protocol, but the sliced garlic pieces in the dish seem out of place. Also I have not tried the seafood. I’d say stick to the traditional favorites and you cannot go wrong. I want to try more things, and what it lacks in elegance it makes up for in flavor. You won’t go home hungry. Very satisfying meals here. Enjoy a nice hometown place with family and friends.

First time there yesterday. Pizza is excellent. Prices are reasonable and the workers there clear off your table for you without you having to beg them. I’d definitely go here again.

The food is always consistently delicious. You can count on the pizza being fresh and tasty at all times. I recommend getting the broccoli rabe, the pea soup, the veal parmesan, the regular slices, Sicilian slices, meatball heroes, and the eggplant heroes.

I try and try to like this place always hoping it will be as good as the sister restaurant in hauppauge, but it is not to be… no matter how low I now keep my expectations I am disappointed… which is the only consistent thing I can say… I will stick to colesseo for my pizza and Maria in Setauket for my hero’s…

This place is ok. The location is convenient and they have a few good items like the chopped salad and mozzarella balls. But I don’t really get the hype. The pasta is always overcooked and has way too much sauce. The hero bread is bland. The pizza is average.

The Hauppauge location is ways busy but the people at the front counter do an excellent job quickly getting your food. The food is consistent and if you are in the area, it is worth checking out

The atmosphere is nice, the service is good and the food is delicious. The thin crusted pizza is great and their special«everything» pizza is really good.

Been going to the Hauppauge location all my life. Good thing this location is two minutes from my job, I’ll probably gain about 20lbs now. Truth is, I never had a bad meal at either location. One of my favorites is Quattro Polly… Rigatoni Branch or straight up chicken parm.

The sausage Toscana was excellent. Pizza is good. Why would you charge me for more than one soft drink? No free refills on a soft drink is so damn cheap — leaves a terrible impression. Anyway I probably won’t come back

This is not only the best pizza on Long Island but is the best managed restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. I need to personally thank Nick for his amazing work at representing Branchinellis as a professional and handling customer service like the old days. You never see this anymore but Nick has gone above and beyond to keep his customers happy. Bring back the good old days. Thanks Nick!!! i

You have to know WHAT and WHATNOT to order at Branchinelli’s: we had dinner last night: 1– the grilled chicken pasta dishes we had were excellent, big portions, fresh, tasty so good we will come back for it 2– the LARGE baked clams were AWFUL… virtually no clam ALLBREADCRUMBS… really bad, had to spoon the sauce onto the baked clams to make them edible… and the bread crumbs tasted bland and unseasoned… at $ 15.95 the clams were on the small size and tasteless… the baked clams at MPPASTERIA blow these off the map… 3– the basket of bread and butter was sad, skimpy, very weak whereas MPPASTERIA gives you far better quality bread and butter basket 4– the service was good and we did like the atmosphere, light and airy and clean and comfortable… So order: pasta dishes, heroes Do not order: baked clams awful, dinner salad is forgettable and skimpy, french fries awful they tasted like Americas Choice cheapo brand, THEYCHARGEYOUFORALLSODAREFILLSANDTHEYDONTTELLYOUTILLYOUGETTHECHECK, buffalo chicken slice is tasteless awful. So when we want pasta dishes and heroes ONLY we will gladly come back.

Great, friendly service. Clean, tastefully decorated dining room. Awesome pizza — the sauce is amazing and the dough is never flat. Entrees are fantastic — generous portions, freshly cooked, great value. Also, the cheesecake is homemade in house and is INCREDIBLE!!!

Dine in may be decent, but it took 20 minutes just to get one hero for take out, while other people were walking in and out while we waited. Mediocre service.

As other reviews have pointed out, this place is very similar to Colliseos. From the seating, ovens, and counter structure, down to the recipes. No complaints, they really have the industry down to a science. This is a real«play by the rules» pizza place, it would be interesting to see an updated selection of pies available. Now, this doesn’t at all infer that they don’t have their default menu down pat. I fully support this establishment

I think this place is decent. The pizza was tasty. No complaints. 3 stars for a pizza place in this area is pretty darn good. There are more pizza places per capita in the Sound Beach, Rocky Point, Miller Place, Mt. Sinai area than there are hot dog carts in Manhattan. Everyone has a favorite — or two, or three. Not everyone in my household is a fan of Branchinelli’s, but I will continue to visit. It’s a little bit pretentious. Like they are trying to be a real«Italian Restaurant». Newsflash, they are like every other one of their competitors with newer, nicer décor. I haven’t had anything they’ve prepared that I could not get at the other 17 pizza places within a ¾ mile radius. As a matter of fact, there are some items that they don’t serve(as other reviewers have mentioned) which may be their downfall. Looking forward to sampling more from their menu.

They just opened this location and are only selling pizza at this time. Which is fine with me since their pizza is really yummy. I like the classic plain pizza but friends beg to differ and claim their Sicilian pizza is their best. They have a great sauce which makes the pizza that much better then other pizzerias. *Garlic knots are always a great addition to your pizza order. I know it is to ours
