Business Owner

I obtained a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University as well as a license as a professional counselor from the state of Pennsylvania. I received National certification from the National Board of Certified Counselors. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and the National Eating Disorder Association. I received additional training in working with individuals who struggle with food and body image issues, anxiety, and depression. In my approach to counseling, I focus on the whole person: physical, spiritual, emotional, and psychological. I utilize a combination of approaches including cognitive-​behavioral therapy. In addition, I believe strongly in the importance of the counselor/​client relationship.
