Wade Liebendorfer became licensed as a residential appraiser in 1990. Wade continued his education to become a Certified Residential Appraiser in 1994. Wade created First Advantage Appraisal Service in 2000 in order to offer the best customer service available.

Wade has expertise with private orders as well as appraisals to secure a mortgage loan. He also does appraisals for tax appeals, divorce & personal knowledge.
