We offer Service Agreements designed to prevent «break downs» and improve the overall efficiency and performance of your system.

History

Established in 2012.

M.L. Building Technologies started as result of a growing need for a «service» type company, not a «sales» type company. There are way too many homes that have improperly installed, sized and under performing HVAC systems today! These include new homes, that have high efficiency systems that are not living up to there potential because controls are not installed or utilized correctly, duct work not sized or installed correctly, multi level homes served by one unit with no way to effectively heat and cool upper floors. The increase in «tight» homes has also presented new problems, such as excessive humidity in the summer time, and a lack of humidity in the winter. It has lead to poor Indoor Air Quality! M.L. Building Technologies has solutions to all these problems!

After returning from the Marine Corps, I went to work for the Federal Government and went to school for Industrial/​Commercial Heating and Air Air conditioning. Completed my training form The Refrigeration Service Engineering Society,(RSES). Left the Federal Government to gain more experience in the Residential HVAC market and moved to the eastern shore of Delaware with my wife and 2 working German Shepherds. I went to work for a major Pharmaceutical Company, I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience with building controls, I decide to venture out on my own and I have found most residential HVAC issues stem from incorrectly installed/​sized systems that most home owners have just given up on. I decide! that was my calling, Fix one system at a time and gain a reputation for honesty, and exceptional service with the most advanced product line in the industry.
