History
Established in 2001.
We started out in Brooklyn as A&S Meat Market (11th Ave and 66th Street) in the early 70’s primarily as a full scale butcher shop.
In 1996 we moved to Staten Island and became A&S Salumeria. We focused on serving fresh top quality meat, deli department, prepared lunch and dinner specials, and Hot and Cold Catering.
In 2001 we came to Millstone, New Jersey to continue our ever-growing business.
