Edible Arrangements

I was the recipient of the edible arrangement gift. I called the milltown store to-see if i could keep for twodays and bring to Family dinner. I was told the strawberries would mold by the next day. The bag over the fruit made everything condensate and the chocolate covered pineapple bunnies are dripping with water as were the strawberries. He was correct I tasted a strawberry and the bunny and it was already over ripe inside so clearly if I don’t finish this edible arrangement today the day it was delivered) it won’t be worth eating tomorrow. The person on the phone was pleasant however I’ve had edible arrangements before from other locations that have had fresher fruit And not dripping with condensation. Not pleased.

I’ve been to this Edible Arrangements several times to buy gifts for family and friends, and each time I and the recipients have come away happy. On this most recent visit I was picking up some Mother’s Day treats but, since the holiday is always a crush of overpriced items, I got smart and ordered my gifts weeks ago after getting a nice discount offer from the company in a promo mailing (unrelated to Unilocal,of course).
Funny enough, I think I got scolded by the people behind the counter for «getting around the system» by ordering the kind of items they don’t usually do for such huge holidays. No matter, because what I got were two boxes of perfectly ripe, perfectly dipped fruit. They were wonderful… so wonderful that everyone needed to take photos and post them on various social media sites (and, yes, I uploaded mine here).
So, would I take full advantage of opportunities presented to me by Edible Arrangement’s corporate headquarters? If they’re marketing it and the offer is good enough, of course. I’m an educated consumer. And if you’re organized – ok, obsessive – enough to place an order months in advance, then I say, «To the victor go the spoils!»

I had placed an order for my boss and it was the first time I ever ordered an arrangement online. To make a long story short, the website was a little confusing and the two orders that I placed using on credit card, but to two different locations ended up being a nightmare. The two edible arrangements that I needed to go to two different locations, ended up both being delivered to one location. Now the ordered I placed was for a medical school, and was a note of thanks and appreciation from my boss. The next morning I discovered the disaster that happen and I immediately got on the phone with the Milltown location and told them what happened, and to try to rectify the situation. Although I had a not so pleasant episode over the phone with a young lady that didn’t seemed too seasoned in her CSR skills. I then reached out to Edible Arrangements Corporate headquarters and filed a complaint. Within the hour of the complaint, I received a phone call from the Milltown location’s manager and she apologized on behalf of her staff member and rectified my problem immediately. I was very impressed the way things were handled, and it being handled so promptly.
I work for a very big medical facility and this particular location will always get a good word on my part and future referrals for going above and beyond on their part.

Ordered from this location and they sent my mother an UGLY, thrown together «arrangement» that looks like it came from the grocery store.
Customer service is terrible — they would not send a new, decent looking arrangement nor would they refund my money.
DO NOT USE this location. I’ve never had a problem with other locations.

Poor customer service. Stopped in, and wanted to substitute some fruit in an arrangement. Person said its not possible. Interesting because I never had an issue before at other locations. Sorry but just because you own a franchise doesn’t mean your customer service should be sub par.

I’ve ordered baskets on several occasions from this location. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The fruit is fresh and deliveries are made fairly quick. It’s a go to when I need a gift.

I placed an order this morning around 9:30AM Pacific time. Around 3:30 pm Eastern time I still had not gotten any delivery information therefore I decided to contact them to see what was going on. It turns out their delivery van was broken therefore they could not make deliveries. She asked if it was ok if it was delivered tomorrow. Truly, if I wanted a birthday present delivered tomorrow I would have sent it tomorrow! I was highly upset. I requested they just transfer the order to a different edible arrangement near there and she (Tanya) said she couldn’t do that. So then I requested my money back. She said she could have it delivered by 6:00 pm, which I thought was way too late. I told her I would contact the Edible arrangement in Manaplan, NJ and would call her back. The employee at the Manaplan location, Courtney, was super helpful and friendly. She said she could have it delivered in 15 minutes! I called back the Milltown location and told them that I wanted a refund that they other location was delivering it in 15 mins, all of a sudden she says, actually I can transfer your order over to them!
How funny! She couldn’t before but now all of a sudden she could!
Never purchasing an arrangement from Milltown again!

My DH got the strawberry arrangements on V-​day and I have to say it is the best gift I have ever rec’d (considering I‘m a Dietitian). Lots of servings of fruits with antioxidant rich chocolate-what’s not to love!
DH said they were very busy since it was Valentine’s.so they were messing up ppl’s delivery order etc. but after all they’re human! Even though they were crazy busy they made our order with the perfect ripe strawberries– gotta give them props for working hard!
