Got a really good eggplant parm sub and plain pizza here. Eggplant was a little heavy on the breading but ir was prepared fresh and tasted great. Good bread, not too hard. Pizza really good flavor. So why 3 stars? There is just no way in any genre this could be called four stars. This place is really bare bones. Few selections, no upgrades in the almost 30 years it’s been operating(has it really been that long?) Don’t look for a side of spinach here. Pasta is on the menu but I don’t think I would have the nerve to try it. Stick to what the name says… pizza(plain) and subs and you’ll be good. Didn’t try the fries but I suppose they’d be okay. Calzones probably worth a try. Mushrooms were obviously from a can or jar… just no. Points for delivering. Lose for giving me a bashed in quarter for change(will become a delivery tip). Gain for willing to hire a counter worker who barely speaks English despite being on Main Street Milltown. Lose points for a counter worker who barely speaks English. Parking was ample.

Have been a patron for many years. The pizza and other dishes are good and consistent. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that they do not accept credit cards. How you do not accept credit cards in 2015 is beyond me.

Nice local pizza joint in milltown. Passing through town and remembered it was pretty good in the past when I had it. It still held up over the years. Had a couple of slices with mushroom and sausage. It was tasty and the prices were reasonable. Only drawback is that it’s a cash only business.

It’s good pizza! But that’s it. Nothing special I’d suggest to order besides a plain pie. I’ve had a lot on their menu, pizza, subs, pasta. And now when I go in, it’s two plain slices and a water. That’s what is good there. Service is non existent. And delivery is often a little late but the pizza is at least still normally fresh. It’s a good place to stop in for a slice.

We used to order from Vinnie’s almost every Friday night for pizza, and the pizza was always pretty good, but last time we ordered, we had a horrible experience when they forgot our order and made such a crappy pizza and the man was rude. We are no longer going there so we tried Maria’s for the first time about a month ago and loved their pizza! The prices are a lot better than most pizza places around, and we’ve recently tried their subs and love them also! They’re polite, and very close by. Hope they keep up the good work! :)

Best Stromboli in the area. Small, basic pizzeria with good fresh crust, sauce and cheese. Limited menu but they do pizzas, Stromboli and calzones very well. Good boneless chicken app as well. No romaine lettuce but I forgive them.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Could use more vegan options.

The owner, Maria, is one of the nicest people you could meet — although I’ve only dealt with her personally once. Her employees, however, are some of the most rude & disrespectful people you could ever come across in food service. Assuming since she is not there often to monitor her staff, the man who normally runs the register is a complete arse. It’s as if you placing an order, saying thank you and paying is a nuisance to him. The cook seems like a nice man, but also gives glares of death to anyone who remotely looks into the kitchen. Very uncomfortable setting, mediocre food, horrible service — will not be patronizing again.

I have been going to marias for over 12 years. I think they have the best pizza by far in town. until one night we ordered pizza and french fries to get delivered and the driver put the french fries on top of the box. which i guess made the box hit the pizza cause when we got it and opened the box all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. that wasn’t even the worse part… the pizza was extremely undercooked. we took one bite and it was just raw dough… I will never order pizza from them again. They were very rude when we called and told them what happened… and the delivery driver was extremely rude when he brought us the pizza… I don’t know whats going on with that place. but we now only get food from Vinnys. They have lost our business after 12 years…

Horrible! Few places deserve bottom of the barrel rating. Unfortunately for Milltown this extremely lack luster pizzeria exists for some reason. Not worthy of my time or review energy.
