They can never get a simple order correct. It’s either they hear you wrong, or they put the correct order on the receipt but not in the bag. I don’t feel it’s necessary to have to check the bag before leaving the drive thru but at this place, it needs to be that way. The manager«Joe» didn’t apologize when we went back in explaining how two items were wrong when the receipt said the right order! It happens too many times. These people need better training or something because they just don’t listen! Definitely don’t recommend

I’m not such a snob that I can’t enjoy fast food as a treat from time to time. But Wendy’s has never really been one of those places I’ve ever craved. Sure, add several adult beverages and I can do some damage at Taco Bell, White Castle, or a Burger King. But Wendy’s never really calls my name. First off, square burgers on round buns just picks the scab off my OCD. I really don’t need to be dealing with that. And I’ve never felt they tasted that great, despite being made«fresh, never frozen.» The spicy chicken sandwich, on the other hand, comes in handy in a pinch, though it’s almost too close to being real food than fast food. And therein is where Wendy’s both excels and fails. It fails at times because it’s too good to be compared to typical fast food. When I have a fast food craving, I want frozen, processed, greasy, nastiness. Because that’s what’s makes it good, especially at 2am after a few hundred picklebacks with friends. Ironically, it excels when it comes to my vegetarian wife — who almost never eats fast food — but is actually willing to tolerate a trip to Wendy’s every now and again. The variables have to all be in place for this happen, usually involving«hangry» children on the verge of a meltdown, very little time in our schedule, and her need to satisfy her appetite without a long wait. And for that, Wendy’s delivers for her: a baked potato with broccoli and cheese, and a side Caesar salad. It makes her very happy, relatively speaking. Me, on the other hand, it’s always the trusty spicy chicken sandwich. I recently tried it «club style,» which brought bacon and ranch dressing to the party, and thus more akin to its greasy compadres at other fast food joints. It was A-OK. As for this location, one thing I must concur on – it’s slow. There ain’t no fast food here. Just slow food. But it’s clean, the staff is friendly, and the orders get assembled correctly. Extra points for all that. I may have a weakness for redheads, but when it comes to Wendy’s, this girl just isn’t on the top of my list.

I must admit, out of all the chain /fast food places, I have an unapologetically fond opinion of Wendy’s. When they’re on their game, they really do make tasty burgers and fries. The problem, of course, is execution … This location has at times been inconsistent. One trick, feel free to ask for freshly cooked food! Consumers put places like Wendy’s in a bind, as they stress speed and convenience at the expense of quality, and one of the reasons that chains like Five Guys consistently outperform, is because they make everything to order. Sometimes, it’s okay to give in, and have a burger and fries!

I visited this Wendy’s when it was cold out and snowing. The snow removal in the parking lot was bad, but I can’t blame them for that too much — as it was bad out. What I can blame them for is the fact that they messed up the order so completely. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese, 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers, and 2 large french fries. In order to make sure the order was placed correctly, I went inside(because I never have luck with drive-thru orders). I ordered, it was repeated back to me, and when I got my bag I opened it and counted the items in the bag. 4 sandwiches and 2 fries. Good to go. When I got home, my friend opened the spicy chicken sandwich. I guess there are two types? Because instead of being the spicy fillet, it was some weird jalapenos with spicy sauce on a regular chicken fillet. Definitely not what I ordered, and definitely not what I wanted. The fries were also very old, and tasted weird. Not fresh at all.
