This is truly a great place! Theres a nice outdoor patio and beautiful green fields out back. There is of course the goats which were truly the highlight of my trip here. Bring quarters so you can feed the goats! The custard is excellent as well! Theres many options so you wont be disappointed! There’s sugar free ice cream, custard, frozen yogurt, flavored ice and more! What a great place! I will definitely come back as soon as i can!

Huge ice cream portions! And honestly one of my favorite places to get a cheese steak in south jersey. So cheesy and beefy. Writing this review is making me want to go get one.

This is an excellent ice cream place for classic hand scooped ice cream and delicious soft serve. Unfortunately, there aren’t any truly unique flavors, and while the options are limited, they are quite tasty. I love the blueberry cheesecake flavor especially! The pricing is excellent. I had gotten a small hand scooped ice cream WITH soft serve on top and a topping for only $ 3.80. Be warned, CASHONLY. Overall, I love this place and will definitely be returning very soon :)

I have made many bad decisions in my life, but Custard Corral has never been one of them. Allow me to provide some back story… I was first introduced to this glorious place 4 years ago when I visited my boyfriend’s parents in nearby Vineland. Well folks, it was love at first lick. Since then I have never visited his parents’ house without stopping once(or twice or three times…) at Custard Corral. I only get sundaes from there so I cannot vouch for other things on the menu, but those damn sundaes earn this fine establishment 5 stars. In summary, this is literally the best ice cream/custard place in ALL of New Jersey. P. S. There are real live GOATS to feed, pet, and take selfies with.

They do NOT take credit cards. How embarrassing. I ordered two cones and tried to pay with my card. «Sorry…we only take cash.» «Your website says you take cards.» «No. Only cash.» Too bad. I am definitely writing a BAD review. Certainly not the Wilson’s Corral. You SUCK.

i grew up going to custard corral for ice cream and cheese steaks and i always loved it. i went back after 15 years and was pleasantly surprised to see that it hadn’t really changed. believe it or not CC does a good job with their cheese steaks and their fries are great too though their ice cream is their speciality. the surroundings are great, gravel/dirt parking, grassy field, picnic area, and its complete with a large goat pen! kids can feed the goats as well as play on the two merry-go-round sets – which are a huge hit! definitely recommend custard corral!

Love the Custard Corral; just the perfect mix of a large outdoor area, good ice cream, and for some reason small goats that your kids can look at and feed. Nice place also if you like good milk shakes.

I stopped in here during my stopover on the way to Europe last summer. On my return to the states this winter I decided to spend some time in my hometown before heading back to California. Much to my disapointement, the Custard Corral was closed for the winter. Why, after traveling thousands of miles over land and sea would a simple Ice cream stand be on my mind? Cheese Steak! I had a cheese steak on my way to Europe and it was on my mind for months. While dining on the deck of the QM2 I was thinking about that cheese steak. While eating fresh seafood in Southampton England, while dining on dutch cheese and chocolate in Amsterdam, during my Italian feasts in Venice and over Tapas in Spain I thought about that cheese steak. I don’t know what it is. You can get a great cheese steak in San Diego. I grew up on them in Jersey. I have had them all my life, but there was something about this one that was just addictive. The ice cream is great and the staff is amazingly friendly. The prices are good and there is plenty to entertain you while you are there. For all of these reasons you should go to the Custard Corral, but for a life changing experience, have a cheese steak.

OMGosh, what’s not to love… chocolate/vanilla twist and goats! You can’t go to Custard Corral without seeing someone you know and I love that about Millville! I will never understand the thrill of the nausea inducing spinning twirly thing, but little kids love it. I’ve never had hot food here, but the ice cream is always good. If I wasn’t on a diet, I’d be here every night!

Summer days are made for ice cream. Instead of traveling to the boards for the treat, Millville has a few offerings. Custard Corral is a good choice for families with younger children. There is lots of land, a couple spinning playground«rides» and a couple goats to feed. We have always enjoyed the ice cream and shakes. There is always a wait, despite the number of customers. It seems like the way one needs to procure the ice cream is a time-consuming process. Because it is a popular joint, when it is busy expect to spend some time there. We have never had food there, so cannot comment on that aspect. There is usually a misspelled word or two(or more) on their signs. It can be loads of fun while waiting to spot the errors.

I love the Custard Corral! We love taking the kids there during the summer for ice cream, and to play on the merry-go rounds and to feed the goats. Kids love this place. On weekends the Corral is jammed with people. Their ice-cream isn’t anything special– it’s just your typical local ice-cream stand. They’ve got sundaes, slushies, sandwiches and fried food. But what you go for is the whole experience. It’s beautiful during sunset and sometimes you’ll see deer prancing across the field at the rear of the property. A few years ago they closed down because the owners wanted to retire. After being closed for only a short time they reopened because there was such an uproar in the community.
