Moved up from LA, went searching for a mattress. I can honestly say ARI and his mattress are the BEST in the NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. He knew his stuff and was very straight about working with us and making sure we had something we wanted and not trying to just make a sale! Thanks again ARI ! WE LOVE OUR MATTRESS.

I moved from Chicago and was trying to find a mattress similar to the one I had in Chicago. Through a quick Unilocal search I found this place. I called the number and Ari met me there 15 minutes later. He was able to recommend an identical mattress to the one I had, I tested it in the store and he price matched it for me. I live in Fremont and was very slightly outside of his delivery range but he kindly waived the delivery fee even though I wasn’t buying an incredibly expensive mattress.
My move in got pushed to earlier than I had anticipated and Ari was very flexible, twice changing the delivery time per my request and bringing it straight into the room in my home where I needed. It was such an easy and quick transaction, the most hassle free part of my move. I would definitely recommend this to others.

We could not find it from GPS the first try, but then when we looked closer it was there. It is a small store but with amazing selection. I had been to multiple mattress stores the whole weekend. I did not realize it was by appointment only, but Ari was REALLY nice. He was IN the store within 10 minutes of my call. He had the EXACT beauty rest mattress I wanted, he gave me a very good price for it. We were in and out within 10 minutes (this is because I already knew what mattress I wanted).
He said he would deliver the mattress between 8:30 — 9:30, the mattress was delivered by 8:15. I really appreciated his promptness and professionalism. Also, he was very professional.

I contacted the 24hourmattress through an ad on Craigslist. I Contacted the company spoke to Ari and scheduled a viewing for the following day. Drove from San Leandro to the Milpitas location. I picked the mattress I wanted and paid for it. Ari said that the mattress had to be delivered. I asked him does he track the shipments he said yes. So we made the appointment for 6 pm. He said he would call me before to make sure the appointment was still good. Everything was in accordance, so I thought.
The following day 06:10 pm, no call. So I call him. He does not remember me. I remind him. He then states that it would need to be later. I agreed. I contacted him later that night at 8 pm. It was then he tells me that the mattress was returned to the sender. I was told previously that the mattress had a tracking number fromUPS. Why wasn’t I told about this at 6 when I had to contact you to remind you of your job.
Watch out for this guy. If I had not of called him he would of taken my cash. That was shady. I felt insulted, because after I shook his hand and he wiped his hands. That really bothered me, due to my ethnicity. I really hope he changes for the better.

Just had an amazing nights sleep thanks to Ari at 24hr Mattress.
I called to make an appointment and he was able to see me within 30 minutes. But it’s probably best to call at least an hour in advance.
Upon arrival Ari was extremely friendly and courteous. We didn’t really know much about Mattresses so Ari was able to give us very detailed, in depth explanations of each mattress he offered. When questioning Ari regarding specific details about the mattresses he proved to be extremely knowledgeable, knowing intricate details of each product he was selling.
We tried out several different mattresses until we found one we loved and we even bought two pillows as well. Ari was even nice enough to deliver them all for free. We love our new mattress and pillows and we know we paid much much less than anything found at major retailers.
I will never buy another mattress or pillow anywhere else again and would definitely recommend 24hr Mattress to anyone in the bay area. Awesome job!

I was needing to get a box spring for my bed set and was looking everywhere for an affordable one. Even went to craigslist but people still tag their used boxed springs in there so high. Fortunately, I found Ari’s post selling boxsprings.
He was prompt to reply, the box springs were affordable and NEW. Even Delivery (within 10 miles of his location) is FREE!!! I am very impressed.
Definitely coming back here if ever i needed and upgrade for my mattress!

I went there with my wife and 15 month old. He was super friendly (and has a great sense of humor) and made the experience feel family friendly. He was knowledgable about the different options, was not pushy, and really responded to what we were looking for. He delivered the mattress that night and even checked in a few days later to make sure we loved the product. Having struggled with sleep in the past (partially because I’m picky about the quality of my mattresses), I’m thrilled to say the mattress makes me feel like I’m in heaven each night.

I am very happy, that i found this store on Unilocal. It is obvious good choice, and good service — which is providing by one person! (I am impressed) So — you need not to pay for everything: all stuff, marketing, analytics, huge rental flat, free cookies and etc. But everything about mattresses is excellent!!! So — we have one, which cost at least 70% more in any store. Thank you so much.

I was unsure at first, but this store is fantastic.
I rang to make an appointment rather than walk in, and the guy said he could meet me any time I wanted. We met after work and I looked at all his mattresses, which were pretty varied and cheap!
I got a much nicer mattress than I thought I could afford and they even delivered!
