I am ordering a TR-​8R batting and had a great conversation in setting up payments. I am in the Military and couldn’t make payments seeing how I was in the field and didn’t have my paypal information. They worked with me in letting me know that I don’t have to worry and that I can make payments when I return to my home base in JBLM, Washington.

I visited this little kiosk in Great Mall as it caught my attention while I was walking by. They have six machines at this location, printing 3D objects. I noticed lots of filament with colors like teal, pink, red, etc. used to create the objects. It looked pretty cool to see the machine melt the filament and create layer by layer. I didn’t know much about this new technology but the manager taught me a whole lot about it. If you ever get the chance to visit this shop, I recommend speaking to Alder (owner) or the manager since the two spoke very openly, didnt seem nervous at all, and was able to talk comfortably with me so that I understood. I ended up purchasing a Doctor Who Tardis and a Pikachu for only $ 5. The prices are a lot more inexpensive than I had thought. I was also informed that they can create anything you want, even if its a drawing they could create a template out of it and make it 3D. I had a nice talk and got to learn a bit about the new 3D printing concept and will be coming back next to get my sister scanned and have a little statue of her! Nice little business

Great shop, clean kiosk, and very friendly staff. While I was there, Alder helped me make a model statue in the wood filament. They carry a lot of different types of materials, and he got my order very promptly and done within the same day.
Definitely reccomend for anyone looking to make a custom statue or replacement part!

Ordered a 3d image. Spent 4 hours at store. He said it will take time and I can collect whenever I visit next time and billed money. After a month I visited but its not done. Same incident repeated twice.

Alder (the owner) is a great guy all around, helped me with all my needs designing my prototype and printing it out. Their shop looks a little small but can handle printing carbon fiber, PLA, ABS, and a bunch of other materials he listed that I can’t even remember!

Awesome experience. Alder (the owner) was very helpful and knowledgeable about 3D printing. After spending a short time with him, I was able to tell that he was passionate about his trade. Very reasonable pricing and quick turnaround time. I’ll definitely be back!
