I’ve been a patient here for several years starting back when Dr. Cook was treating me here before he retired and now Dr. Refaee is my dentist here. Linda the office manager and the rest of the dental staff are super friendly, considerate, and very helpful! Always a pleasant experience!

Dr. Cook was awesome. I’m sad he retired, but he deserves it. Two dentists took over the practice, but I’ve only experienced Dr. Refaee and he’s ok. I would have stayed for Linda the friendly office person/​occasional dental assistant & Shannyn the best dental assistant ever, but I moved.
I might go back if I can’t find a decent dentist in my area that can get my family in & out in less than 3 hours. We tried a dentist in our area recently and it took her over 3 and a half hours to get the two adults X-​rayed, examined, & cleaned; and our daughter examined & cleaned! I understand it takes longer the first time with a new dentist, but it shouldn’t take that long, right?!
It only took Dr. Cook & his staff about 30 – 40 minutes for my daughter & me to finish our appointments & they were able to get all the stains off my daughter’s teeth, unlike the dentist we just tried. I miss Dr. Cook, his efficiency & his honest no nonsense expertise.

Impressed! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I’m extremely impressed by Linda at the front desk. My husbands company apparently changed dental insurance. My son and I had both already been for cleanings. I received a letter that the procedures were not covered because they occurred after the termination date. After verifying the correct insurance, I called the office to give them the correct insurance information. You know what??? She had already researched the issue and resubmitted the claim to the new correct insurance company. Pro-​active and efficient!

Dr. Cook and his staff are fast, friendly, gentle and overall pleasant to visit.
All the exam chairs face the window, looking out to the pretty rolling eastern hills, it is very relaxing atmosphere. Toward the end, they always ask your preference of flavor for fluoride treatment.
Our entire family comes at 5 pm every 6 month.
Linda at the front desk is very organized and knowledgeable.
I recommend Dr Cook to my friends.

I really really like Dr. Cook and his staff. Linda at the front desk keeps it all under control and is the most helpful person you’ll ever meet at a dentist office. Dr. Cook is very good at what he does, and recommends treatments that fit your budget or insurance plan. He is a good guy too, very friendly, and helps me with my «smile» concerns. I have been going to him for a year, and know I’m in good hands.

I highly recommend Dr. Cook — he does great work, is thorough at answering all dental questions I have had, and is also a very pleasant person. He never tries to sell extra products, or recommend unnecessary work. The crown that he put in a number of years ago has given me no problems. His staff is very nice and helpful. I have been going to Dr. Cook for several years, and even though I have moved out of the area, I still go to him.

Dr. Cook is the perfect dentist. His work is exemplary. His prices fair. His office staff is kind and polite and they’ve worked there for years. He never tries to sell extra products or services like other dentists I’ve seen. When my daughter broke a tooth on vacation, the dentist we saw for the emergency gave us a whole «plan of care» complete with financing options and a hard sell. I called Dr. Cook and he saw my daughter right away, on a weekend, and fixed her tooth. She ultimately needed a veneer, not the zillion dollar treatment the other doctor recommended. My sons have seen no other dentist. He’s the best.

I started coming here right after I moved around the corner and found out they accepted our insurance plan, and couldn’t be happier. Like you would hope with a great dentist, Dr. Cook is informative, honest, and works around most schedules. He served in the military after getting his degree, so you have a Veteran treating your teeth as well. Shannon and Linda are fabulous as well!

Finding a reputable dentist who tells it like it is and does not try to over sell their services to pad the bottom line is hard to find these days. Luckily my colleague found this practice years ago and gave me the referral for my 5 year old. He had milk bottle teeth– his two front teeth had cavities.
After we had trouble fixing one of his back teeth at another dentist my son refused treatment to get his front two fixed. They referred us to a pediatric dentist who upsold us on pretty much everything he could put into the treatment. Sedation with full blown crowns and pulpotomy. Dr. Cook looked at the X-​rays and inspected the teeth and said «we can fix them right now». Using his method of «no shot» pain relief he went to work. This method is incredible, my son is totally afraid of needles. Within seconds his gum and teeth were numb at only the area required. My son was a little nervous but Dr. Cook and his assistant calmed him down and they were able to fix his front teeth within minutes.
If your children’s dentist are still using a needle then you should visit Dr. Cook. I was very afraid of sedation for my son and good thing we did not need it.

If you are looking for a great dentist, definitely go to Dr Cook. Everyone is so friendly yet professional.

Been going here for years and during that time had to go to other dentists a couple times when I have moved and only appreciated how great a dentist Dr. Cook is more because of it. He really cares for his patients and there is no waiting around like many other places.

I’m a relatively new patient of Dr Cooks and have seen him twice. I find him to be friendly, solid and professional. Some dentists see new patients as revenue sources and hit them up for bogus work which is not needed. (Can you say deep gum cleaning?) But not Dr. Cook. I came through with a clean bill of dental health. I’ve also seen dentists where new patients have to come in twice. Once for x-​rays and a second time for the cleaning. (Can you say ‘cha-​ching’?) That was not the case with Dr. Cook. My new patient x-​rays and cleaning were all done at my first appointment. I’m convinced Dr Cook is a stand-​up no-​nonsense dentist who will call it like it is. Highly recommended.

The group of people here are great! I have been going to Dr. Cook for over 15 years. His staff is great, always helping you and taking care of you.
If you are looking for a dentist who does good, professional work, has a staff that is super competent, and cares– then this is that place!

You can’t get a dentist better than Dr. Cook. My kids and I have gone to him for years and I’ve recommended him many times. Dr. Cook patiently explains what he is doing and thoroughly answers your questions. He has a great sense of humor (that’s always nice in a dentist, you know), is up on all the latest dental technology and his staff is friendly and helpful. I love going to see Dr. Cook!

I love Linda at the front desk. She’s so helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, she’s been there as long as I’ve been going there so I feel like she knows me and knows what’s going on. I think she secretly runs the world. (:snicker:)
In the back, Shannon usually takes care of my routine cleanings, and she is always helpful and sweet. I had someone new to me last time, and she was good too.
All in all it’s a pleasant experience and I don’t even like the dentist. :)
