I really like the clothes selection and often shop here for my toddler(a boy). Good quality and good taste in colors, styles etc. The sizing is pretty accurate. They have cardigans, chambray shirts, graphic tees, comfortable jeans and cargo pants with elasticized waists. Shoes are cheaper than elsewhere too. The customer service is OK.

I bought a pair of pants for my 3 years old son recently at Great mall Crazy8 store. As no fitting room in that store, I selected the size of 4T which should be big enough for a normal 3 years old boy. And my son tried the pants at home before wash which still had some room in both waist and length. The next day, after I washed the pants, it shrinked A LOT that my son was not able to wear at all. So the next weekend, I went to Great mall store again, looking for exchange of a larger size. But the store manager refused RUDELY, which really surprised me. I never had such kind of experience before in any other stores. Now this pair of pants is completely USELESS even if I change to shorts. I wrote an e-mail to the customer service to ask in such case wether the company policy allows exchange if return is not possible and received an automatical reply via e-mail that they would respond to e-mails within 48 hours of receiving them. Now 4 days passed and no reply yet! Definitely, I won’t choose Crazy 8 again due to the poor service.

There is this staff a lil old lady who din look much happy to be there or had a bad day. I was there to find a good mix and match for my sonz bday. There was a shirt which i din like; i just kept it looose on the rack below, where it was earlier hung. the moment I keep it she comes in a full pace and pulls it away from there as if asking ‘why the hell u kept it there!!’. This happened twice. Then there was this table on which we were keeping the shirts and trying to see how it looks. she comes and just drags away the table! They have good stuff… but the overall vibe i got from there? Negative!!!

Staff is super nice, but the clothes are overpriced in my opinion. The only reason why we came is because I had a gift card, but I don’t think I’d go out of my way to come here.

Now this is what a childrens clothing store should be like. Some try to be all blingy on clothes that your little one will outgrow in a year. Others sell rags that will end up on the floor after a few wears. In contrast, Crazy 8 has these cute outfits for girls(I didn’t look at the boys’, I don’t have a boy) made from good sturdy material, the kind of clothing your kids will want to wear. At prices far better than The Children’s Place. A good little gotta-stop-in place if you have kids, but set a limit of how much $ you’ll spend, because it’ll be easy to go above that. Still, you get a lot for your money.
