We take pride in our excellent customer service. We work with all insurance companies and can even help arrange a rental car for you while we’re working on your vehicle. We do great customization work, and our craftsmanship really shines through. All of our work comes with a 5 year warranty, so you know you’re making a sound decision when choosing Crown Auto Body.

Our services include collision repair, auto body repair, auto restoration, custom paint, and custom design. We also do light mechanical work.

First time coming here and was seriously impressed! I desperately needed the side view mirror of my boyfriend’s car replaced before we went out of town later this week (I knocked it off when I was reversing out of the garage). I made multiple calls to places all over Milpitas/​San Jose, but this place was the only one of two that was willing to give me a quote over the phone, whereas all the other mechanics/​body shops wanted me to drive there first for them to look at it. Not only that, most of them estimated that it would take at least a week to get fixed, given the short week for New Year’s. Jon (the guy I spoke to on the phone), on the other hand, took down all my information, called back that same day with a quote, and slotted us in for an appointment. Note: our original appointment had to get moved because the part that was ordered came in damaged, but we were notified early and were moved only one day later. When we did come in for the appointment, Jon was chill but also very courteous and professional to us, offering us their wifi and coffee as soon as we entered.
Long story short: we only had to drive in once, waited about 30 minutes, and came out with a brand new side mirror! The whole process was VERY quick and easy — they saved us days when compared to other places and also saved us quite a bit too. And oh yeah, our new side mirror looks great of course. Highly highly recommend this place to everyone!

I brought my 2015 SS Camaro in to get deep scratches repainted, passenger fender and rocker panel, I was met by Gabe, and he made me feel comfortable and gave me a very good price for the repair. They were able to save the lettering on the fender as they blended the part that was scratched. It looks great! I am very happy with the results as well as the price. Do not take your car anywhere else. Thanks Gabe!

Really legit shop when it comes to auto body work! Talked to Jon about the trunk of my lexus which was rusting and was basically murdered with spray paint. Came to the shop so they could fix the off colored spray paint and rusts that were forming. He gave me a really good price that was most definitely beatable than other body shops. Like their prices are really really really unbeatable. Came in two days later to pick it up and I was really worried that the trunk was going to be off due to it being silver. And if you guys didn’t know, silver is one of the hardest colors to paint match and oh man, they did a really great job! I’m still in awe of how great of a job they have done. I am most definitely coming back to get other auto body parts painted especially since summers coming out and all the car junkies are itching to show what they have to offer this summer!

Just talked to the owner Gabriel. He did acknowledge the damage they caused by the permanent glue they used. He ADMITTED they did damage it. Now you would expect some resolution or at least an apology right? Well he told me to take the money they gave back to me for the bad paint job, and go somewhere else to paint it and that he can’t do anything else for me. He even threatened by saying «I don’t want to get irate over this…». I expected more from a business owner, at least an apology, at least some form for courtesy towards a customer, but not even an apology was given. I am very disappointed not only with their workmanship, but also Gabriel’s customer service and lack of courtesy. In the end nothing was resolved and I’m stuck with a damaged trunk caused by Crown Autobody. Please heed my warning and be wary of the reviews below. Find a more PROFESSIONAL place to get your auto body work done.
Someone from there also added a fake positive review under my name below. (Brian R.) Unilocal account created 7/​2014, all his reviews are on 7÷7÷2014 and there are over 20! Can someone possibly visit all those places in one day, create an account under my name coincidentally? 7÷7÷14 is the exact same day I called Gabriel. Go figure.
You really have to question they’re trust-​worthiness and integrity in the fact he would create a fake Unilocal review to balance my real review. This has gone way too far, i’m going to have to leave it up to you to decide if you’d like to do business with such characters.
Update: Looks like someone removed the fake review under my name which is a good thing. Don’t be a victim, find a professional auto body place elsewhere.

Awesome place to get your body work needs taken care of. My s2000 was a victim of some unsightly key marks /​vandalism a while back, but after Jon got involved, it looked better than it had since I’ve owned it. If I ever have any other body work needs, I’ll come straight back to Crown due to their fast turn around time, awesome customer service and just great painting abilities. Thanks again Jon!

Just got my C5 corvette back from crown! They did Amazing work! The car looks down right beautiful. They did it very quickly and worked with me (because I knew nothing about body work) and they explained everything to me so I could understand all the work they were doing. Love this place!!!

I brought my car in after a driver chipped off my driver side mirror. I’d previously gotten estimates from other body shops but Jon from Crown Auto Body quoted me a reasonable price. Although I wasn’t satisfied with the initial fix, he insisted I bring my car back to be redone. I’m pleased with the customer service and return time, only took a few hours, and the willingness to please.

So recently my baby was hit while parked. Sucks, right?
Any how, I was recommended to Crown Auto Body by a couple friends and went with one of them to talk with Jon. He gave me a really good price. Was afraid that the price was going to show on the work that was put in, but my buddies told me not to worry. I dropped my car off and had it done in a few days. It looked BRAND new, like she has never been in an accident at all. I could not even tell it had been repainted. Jon painted all the way from my front bumper to the end of my driver side door.
Thank you Jon for making my car back into pristine condition!

OK! I just had to make a Unilocal account because I am impressed about this place! I got into a fender bender with my Scion Tc and John was very helpful and informative of what needs to be done with my Scion Tc. When he finished my car, he asked if I didn’t like the paint I can comeback and he will redo it. Also, he fixed a ding and a minor scratch on my rear bumper that I had before the accident; now that’s customer service. My car was done earlier than expected as well! Thanks John!

My truck got broken into awhile back. They smashed the window and damaged the door which needed to be fixed. They did all the work at a very reasonable price and turn around time. Very friendly family owned business. I would return here if I needed more work done because of the relationship I have with them.

I came here due to the roaring Unilocal reviews but ended up realizing that most of these people here were using their auto insurance and not out of pocket! Their quote was a ridiculous $ 600 book quote for my rear bumper scratches (and trust me-​I did my research and estimated costs of the procedure beforehand)!! I looked at the computer generated costs, asked questions, and the old guy just ended up saying, «I’m sorry ma’m but you should try somewhere else if you wanted to do it for cheaper.» What the heck does that mean?! And amazingly I did right NEXT door to this place who realized my budget and situation. I don’t recommend this place AT ALL!

Mediocre work with a lot of hassle, but the price is right. Took my vehicle in for some work on the front end. I got it back and the work was horrible. I complained and they took it back quickly and redid it all, so they are willing to make it right. When I got it back it was much better, albeit not perfect. I got the job for five hundred less than other shop quote, but had to spend quite a bit more time. The owner is a very nice guy…

At first I thought that it was hard to find a great, and trustworthy body shop nowadays to do an awesome paint job for an incredibly great price until a friend referred me to Crown Auto Body! I have received different estimates from different body shops and this by far was the cheapest and quality is top notch as well. John was very helpful with everything and got my car back in a couple of days. Overall a wonderful experience! Thanks John!

I came here to get my car fixed after I was hit by a bus… I have a Scion Tc 2006, so it did some damage. My brother referred me to this small family owned business, and I must say that I was pretty satisfied. They were able to order the parts and fix it within 4 – 5 business days. Also, I was able to go back and get little fixes on my car such as a lose bolt with short notice.

We’ve been using Crown Auto Body (formerly «Angel Body and Paint») for all our auto repairs for 10+ years. Gabe and his staff are extremely professional and always perform their work on time.
My black BMW 750Li has had multiple repairs and it always look like new. I completely trust Gabe and his staff to perform the work as quoted. I would recommend using them for any repairs.

Gabe and John are great guys. They fixed my broken radiator on my Lexus for cheaper than anyone else could have quoted, and its running perfectly now! They’re really willing to talk to the customer and always have their best interest in mind.

I’ve been going to Gabe for years now (formerly under «Angel Body & Paint») and he is the only one I will trust without any doubts. I’ve taken my cars to other body shops as well, but I know when I go to Crown Auto Body, I can leave with confidence and know that all of the repairs will be done quickly and done well.
Most recently, I took my dad’s car here because some stupid kid decided to back into the side of the car. I was really pissed off because the insurance estimator tried low-​balling us and I was worried that it wouldn’t be fixed properly. Thanks to Gabe, less than a week later, the car was back and looking great!

Several weeks ago I brought my old convertible in to have new window regulators installed and the windshield insulating trim replaced. While Gabe was very friendly and worked to find a good deal on rebuilt regulators (the factory new ones were very expensive) the quality of the work was not very good. The trim was not installed well on one side (it does not line up with the frame) and one window is not adjusted to close correctly.
I have tried for some time to get an appointment to get the window readjusted. Most of the time nobody answers the phone, and there is no way to leave a message. When I do get through I am told that the guy who does the work isn’t in today, and I need to call back some other morning to check to see if he’s going to be in. One time I just dropped in and someone did try to help me, but he couldn’t find the tool he needed, so I was told to come back.
Pros: Friendly service, low prices.
Cons: Poor workmanship, difficult to reach.
