By far the kindest and most amazing dr I have ever met. From day one made me feel so at home and treated me with such respect and kindness ! I couldn’t be happier with my results. I went in for a breast reduction and although the doctor himself tried convincing me To get multiple opinions, I was convinced I wanted him as my
Surgeon! It has only been three days since post op and I’m already so happy and feel so much better. Staff and office manager were so kind and I most definitely will be making this office my family care center! Thank you so much Dr. Z for changing my life.

dr. Zikria is amazing. He is warm hearted. This is a family practice aND let me tell u they didn’t make me feel not apart of their family. From the receptionist to the doc they are all amazing. Dr Zikria is so talented I regret coming here. U looking for an amazing doc this is the place to go to

Dr. Zikria has a wonderful bedside manner & really cares about his patients. It really makes coming to the doctor easier when you know that your doctor is personally invested in making sure you are comfortable and as healthy as possible!

Thanks to Dr. Z and his staff for excellent job. I have a wonderful doctor and happy with the surgery. His staff is wonderful and very pleasant.

We (my wife and I) were frantically calling Gynecologists offices in Fremont. We wanted an appointment within the next few days. Very few offices were willing to see us at such short notice. Fortunately for us, one of them was Dr. Zikria’s.
His is not the typical (fancy) doctor’s office, but it has caring and efficient staff. Both Ismar and Eliana are always on top of things. Billie manages the front office like a pro — she is warm and friendly, always greeting everyone with a smile. She does make every patient feel important.
Dr. Zikria — as many have noted — is not only experienced and accomplished, but humble & humane too. My wife’s was a high risk pregnancy, but he always calmed our fears and was very patient with answering our questions and addressing our concerns. He was always very proactive and methodical in his approach, and didn’t hesitate to reach out to experts to get their opinions during complications. We were lucky to have him as our gynecologist and deliver our lovely daughter.
The nurses at the hospital always spoke very highly of him too. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am very disappointed after spending quite a lot of money on laser hair removal at Gul zukria clinic and .
It’s a big let down and depressing really to learn tht the interim hair reduction was just temporary. It’s been like 4 months since I Completed 6 sittings for underarms and 5 treatments for bikini /​chest. Now I see the hair is growing like before in these treated areas. I don’t understand what’s the point of spending so much hard earned money for laser hair removal only for hair to re grow in full swing .plz note that I have no hormonal issues or cysts or blonde grey hair etc to blame on. When I asked the doctor why there was hair growth even after 6 sittings there was absolutely no onus taken but I was told some ppl may require more sittings and I need to pay 600 $ to purchase 6 sessions. Customer satisfaction is not valued here .just interested in money making :(Even though I have been an old customer who expressed disappointment, no concession was given .
When 6 sessions don’t show any result how can I be sure the next 6 sessions dr Myra asks me to take will show results. Wats the gurantee .i also felt hurt and let down talking to Myra’s indifference .I will not recommend laser hair removal here to anyone. No lasting results. Do not waste your money here is my feedback
Update — I already spoke to dr Myra and all she told me was to take 6 more sessions paying some 500 – 600 $ just for underarm. So I did approach the management before arriving at my informed feedback

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Z for 10 years now. He delivered my first baby & also has done a few cosmetic procedures. I trust him with everything & I go to him more than my family doctor.
His staff is really friendly & makes you feel comfortable. They always try to make time for you when you call with issues.
I recommend him to all my friends whether they are looking for an OBGYN or a cosmetic surgeon. Dr. Z is great & treats his patients with care.

Office Manager appear to just make up prices and not honor prices listed on line. The doctor on the other hand is nice, and a good doctor, but he need to stop allowing his office manager/​wife to boss him. He looks tired. I pray no one file a compliant for false price advertisement. They should be careful, one agency is sending out under medical personnel who actually get procedures, go along with everything, only to build a case. Word of warning.

I would like to say first: the staff are really friendly.
I bought the microdermabrasion Groupon package. Myra explained everything she was doing before she did it. I enjoyed the service.
What I didn’t like (my warning): they will insist you buy their skin products. It’s a little awkward. Made me feel guilty so i eventually bought something because I got the «tsk tsk» everytime I came in.
Ultimately, if I lived closer I might go back but it was a far drive. I’m not the type of person that wants to feel pressured into buying anything if it’s not my idea to begin with. Decide for yourself.

U walk in the office with the most happiest receptionist to greet u She’s so nice ands he makes u feel so comfortable and to me that’s the most important part when u know that u r well taken care of One of the most important job is greeting a person when u first walk in Billie knows what needs to make a person feel like they r important
It’s not easy to b in front and take phone calls and get people in to c there appts at the same time and still have a smile on her face everyday That whole office work as a team to get everybody to there appts at the right time Luv them all Even his asst atmar
She’s a hard worker and is right there by Dr Z’s side no matter how busy they r .Dr s wife works so hard to keep the office in order and does what she needs to do to make sure the office and patients r happy organized and happy
They all r so great U go in as a patient and come out as a friend Luv them all I’ve been going to the office for many yrs and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Hi there, As a new patient to Zikria MD I was impressed by the helpful and knowledgable staff. I have been battling Sun Damage skin from my early youthful days as a Beach girl. Then I and just found out I had Keratosis– those extra lil red bumps that itch and keep coming back on your arms, legs and other areas you shave. Anyways it was a Groupon special for Dermabrassion that got me in there. So I’ve been back many times to get this all rectified. My family and friends have noticed the difference. I stay out of the sun and use the morning and night treatment. My skin has a healthy glow, and the age spots and Keratosis scars are fading– just after 2 months. They make the astmosphere comfy– and informative. The outside doesn’t look so hot– but its a business park that hasn’t been updated. Maybe thats why they keep it affordable for all of us who don’t have insurance to cover these things. The products work great– yes a lil expensive but under $ 100. its something your going to use everyday for 3 months. I was ashamed to wear low cut tops and short sleeve shirts because of the Keratosis. I think by next month I will feel fine about it. The front desk lady is funny and has a great personality. So hopefully that gives you an honest opinion from a recent patient. I plan to go back next year for lipo– they take CareCredit — then I will be set ! Best wishes, Laurie

No complaints with the staff or Dr. Z. They’re all so nice and comforting! Dr. Z cracks a few jokes with me which always puts me at ease when I hop in that chair. No regrets coming to this office. Working in the dental field as an assistant and front desk, I am very particular on Doctors, assistants and front office employees. Everyone here is great!

and may I add. Getting scars that last forever is NOT normal. People, I urge you to seek actual professional help from doctors who will actually do a good job. This practice may be the cheapest but now I’m paying the price!

Like the doctor. My wife has been going there for years but I hate that they try to squeeze out every penny that they can. My copay is $ 25 and they charge $ 25.50 for using the credit card. What the heck! With all the money they got from my insurance, I would think they don’t need that lousy 50 cents.

I have never encounter a receptionist as rude, and incompetent as the woman who works at the front desk of Dr. Zikria’s office. Whether she is scheduling my appointments or calling to confirm she has a huge attitude problem. She also couldn’t remember that I had already had a consultation for the procedure that I was about to have. Maybe check my chart? I’ve asked her to schedule a series of appointments in advance, she wouldn’t. I asked her to check the pricing of something, she was bothered. I just don’t understand how people like this get hired, and keep jobs in customer service positions.
I always try to be overly nice to appreciative to her, in an attempt to kill her with kindness and show her the entire world isn’t out to get her. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but I’ve been back 5 times and without fail she is beyond bitchy. And seeing from these other reviews, I’m not the only one.

I’m reading all of these negative reviews and I’m thinking… seriously?! He’s been my doctor for many years. He has treated my PCOS, delivered my kids (saved me from having a c-​section with #2 and #3 was high risk), and along the way has proven to me that he is the most upstanding man. He’s just good damned people. He’s not going to rush you, he’s patient and listens and if you’re like me — and you have a long standing relationship with him — he’s going to tell you as it is. Which I REALLY appreciate, but he knows that’s what I expect. The TRUTH. I have such a huge amount of respect for him as a man and as a doctor. He pays attention to what I have to say and knows that I’m not a hypochondriac — however if I go in for something stupid — he’ll chuckle at me as he’s letting me know it’s all OK and there’s really nothing to be concerned with. I LOVE that! How can you not love having a good relationship with your OB/​GYN?!
The last appointment I had, I’m sitting in the waiting room and he comes out to greet the husband of another patient. Really?! Who’s going to whine about having to wait a minute when you see your doctor giving the husband of a very pregnant woman time as well. It’s his first kid too — doesn’t he deserve time even though he’s not in the exam room with her? Right on Dr. Zikria!
Heck, if anything has ever been suggested to me by another doctor, I get his opinion just to make sure. He’s done my tubal, hysterectomy, tummy tuck, lipo, if you can find a BETTER doctor — dare ya! I’m not the easiest of patients and he meets me where I need him to be. When my 17 year old daughter was sick and nobody else could figure it out, I took her to him. She and I were in the room waiting on him and when he walked in I told him — FIX HER! He ran every test that correlated to her symptoms. We figured it out and THEN he got her into HIS doctor for followup.
You seriously can say whatever you want. Go ahead, stay away, that means I won’t have to wait so long to get an appointment with him. But really? If you are planning to get pregnant, already pregnant, or trying to conceive, Dr Zikria is exactly where you want to be. If you have PCOS? Dude can work wonders!
If you are looking for lipo or a tummy tuck, orrr even a little boost around the eyes… OMG! He does it so well that even though there’s a difference, it isn’t obvious and I’d kinda put him in the category of being artistic with it. After the birth of my daughter he did my tubal. I had had so many surgeries through my belly button over the years by other doctors that I no longer had a belly button but a big scar. When I woke up… guess what he did for me? That’s right — I had a belly button again. I mean it was PERFECT! Oh — my tummy tuck? LOVE IT! I have come to believe that EVERY woman should get a voucher for a tummy AFTER she delivers her last child.
What absolutely astounds me — how can a logical, intelligent person that has seen mediocre doctors even say he’s anything but stellar?
Yes, his office is small (ish). Yes, there is a skin care practice sharing space. Yes, there have been a few receptionists, but ya know what? Who cares?! By walking through his door you have a GOOD MAN that is a professional medical provider to care for you. He’s human first. THAT’S who I want taking care of myself and my daughter. A human is going to treat you like the human that you are.
So in conclusion… go ahead, whine and get pissed because that sense of entitlement and not being treated like a princess because you bought a groupon and thought you were treating yourself to a spa day. Go across town and enter the doors of some doctor that will give you the botox that you so desire and then rush you out on your way — — - but not before asking for another appointment and explaining to you how you NEED to come back and pointing every tiny flaw that you hadn’t even noticed yet making you even more self-​conscious — I’ve been to those as well. Eh — not my gig. I want REAL! Dr. Zikria is just that. Solid, real, forthright, caring, honest, and a damned great friggin doctor.

Oh why didn’t I read Unilocal before I purchased the micro dermabrasion treatment offer from Groupon. Had I done so, I would not have made the purchase. Lesson learned. (Kick).
I actually forgot all about this. When I remembered, it was the day after experation. I called the office and encountered the rude receptionist I see other Unilocalers referring to. She said once the offer expires, that’s it. So you do not refund any money? No.
In reality, who wants to have something done in a dirty office anyway? eewww.
It is unethical to take money from someone and not perform a service or offer anything as an alternative under the circumstances. So, I am out $ 59.00.
I agree, a negative star is due here. Very bad way to practice business.

Receptionist’s attitude is bigger than her head, rude consistently, no fluke (because I’ve been back a few times for check-​up). She treats you as though you owe her money for a lifetime.
Fine, not like she was my doctor. But she scheduled me a WRONG doctor who wasted an hour and couldn’t get work done. I had to leave and go back again and pay another $ 20 copay, yeah of course, her trick.
On my very final visit, and also my last visit to this clinic, she said she needed to charge me $ 250 in advance because she wasn’t sure what kind of «check-​up» dr. Zikria would perform. I argued with her, of course I gave in.
Turned out, it was a simple check-​up and I was entitled for my $ 250 refund, as all procedure was covered by insurance. She refused to credit back to me of course and reluctant to even waste her time to explain. Knowing how the medical billing industry works, I actually didn’t want to fight any harder to ask for my money back, nor did I want to dispute that charge via credit card company, because those clinics will do whatever it takes to report you and sabotage your credit score.
Anyway, I considered the money spent as a lesson learned to find out another lousy clinic out there, will never go back again of course. Dr. Zikria is a nice guy, but his medical qualification is very average, definitely NOT someone who can tell you right away what your problem is, or treat you immediately. Of course, he wants to make sure you come back multiple times, so clinic is happy to claim insurance money.
