History

Established in 2004.

JB Typesetting & Graphics celebrated 6 years in business as of November 1, 2010.

My prior experience includes working for a pharmaceutical contract packager from 1996 — 2004. Prior to that I worked «in-​house» at Syntex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 1982 — 1996 in the position of Graphics Production Manager, Creative Services in the «Print Shop».

JB Typesetting & Graphics has excellent working

relationships with several local and nationally known contract

packagers and pharmaceutical printers.

Business Owner

Over 20 years work experience in cGMP Print Facilities before founding JB Typesetting & Graphics in 2004.

1982 — 1996: Production Artist «in-​house» Creative Design Department supporting the «Print Shop» at Syntex Pharmaceuticals, Palo Alto, CA.

1996 — 2004: Creative Services/​Prepress Manager at Cardinal Health, a commercial cGMP contract pharmaceutical printing facility, Fremont, CA.

2004 — Present: Packaging Artwork Specialist/​Owner JB Typesetting & Graphics.

My goal is to utilize my production artwork skills and cGMP knowledge to provide excellent packaging artwork exclusively to the healthcare industry.

I offer nearly 30 years of continuous pharmaceutical contract packaging experience and a thorough understanding of the healthcare package development process.
