there are alot of ktv in the bay area, what is so special and unique about musiclandktv, the quction you should ask is what do your want when you go to ktv, fun, save, great list of songs, good sound system, clean, i can insuran you we got it all.

all the ktv may say they all do, here are the true! (just try to let all the people know the true not try to be mean)

we use speaker from england top of the line $ 1200 each (tannoy)

other ktv use chinese speaker 2 for $ 300

we use top of line shure microphone $ 800 each

other ktv use $ 100 each

we use acoustic sound panel $ 600 each (10 per/​room)

other use carpet or nothing at all

we use furniture from italian

other use furniture from walmart

It is a very nice place for young people to join together and enjoy the time. The facilities here are good. The service is pretty. The hostess is beautiful and willing to answer our questions. The place is clean.
The price is ok. It is 45 per hour in the weekend. If you want a lower price, you can talk to the hostess and she will be willing to give you alter choices.

The decorations, lighting, and ambiance were great. The staff were quite warm and friendly and brought lots of tea regularly. As far as the sound system, I cannot complain. So we were here for three hours and it was really quite a good time. Would like to come back soon.

Don’t go here. This place is a rip off. I came with a big group of friends and we had to change rooms three times because the machine didn’t work. We were worried they were going to charge us for the time spent changing rooms, which took about 30 – 45 minutes, but she assured us that we would not be charged. But guess what? When we finished and got our bill, they charged us for it. It’s not our fault their equipment did not work, so it was unfair for them to charge us for that time. We argued with the worker up front, but she refused to take that time out. We were so fed up we just paid for it. We only sang for 2 – 3 hours and ordered a few sodas and the bill came out to about $ 200.

I don’t think you should ever go to this place because it over charged, not worth it at all. My friend and I started at 9:37(I clearly remember) ended up at 10:47. They charge us $ 54. So they charged us $ 18 for 10 mins!!!(base on $ 36 per hour). Also, we asked for service in the room but the lady didn’t come to our room for a very long time. Instead, my friend had to go outside the room to the lobby to order our drink. But that’s not it, the worse part was they didn’t bring our drinks into the room, we thought they forgot about it. But when we went outside to check out, they gave us the drink immediately. And we saw the drink were already ready on the table, which means they did not give us the drinks on purpose so they can let us stay at the room longer and they can charge us more money.
Overall, this place is ok, but the service is disgusting.

Very good decorations & design.
Substandard service; everything is electronic and can be done without any support. The workers don’t really need to do much and can’t really do much.
Teas are average and basic.
Must take off shoes in room.
15% tip and tax charge.
Songs can’t control mic volume.
Songs don’t have back up audio.
Go go the the KTV music tunnel near de anza for a better time worth your money

Was very excited for a karaōke place in Milpitas but was very unimpressed. They have extra fees and charges like $ 2 per person drink minimum (or they charge you the fee if you buy drinks) and a 15% service charge on top of the $ 45/​hour for late night small room rate. The rooms were nice but the equipment kept malfunctioning and they moved us to another room after the tv glitches out twice. Kind of ruined the experience when we had to argue about the small amount of time extra we got because of the room change and equipment breakdown. She had a poor attitude towards us which kind of ruined the experience.
Otherwise, the touch screen system is very cool and song selection is okay. Not worth the price we paid though.

It’s really a great place! The sound system is amazing! They do have the new Chinese/​English/​Korean/​Japanese songs for us! This place is very beautiful and pretty cool now because they just remodeled recently! I really like this place. Also, they just built a room with Hello kitty style, and my female friends were crazy when they saw the Hello Kitty room that is cute. By the way, they service the milk tea as well. It is my favorite experience that I drink the milk tea in the great karaōke!
