Noah’s Bagels

I definitely became a fan of this place with just one bite of food. Tried the sundried tomato bagel with Jalapeño/​cheddar cream, it was heavenly. If i had lived closer to this place, would have visited much more often. My bro took some bagel sandwich with eggs etc and he enjoyed it too. I have tried few of these bagel places and this is one of those places where I would like to try more types of food. They did not have Jalapeño bagels which are generally my fav on this day but that was a good excuse to try the sundried tomato version which I had not heard before anywhere else.

Well it’s been many months since me and my hubby vowed to never come here again due to rude and slow service. This place is a complete 180! The people are friendly, engaging, smiling, and serve with a sense of urgency. Great job to whoever turned this place around. It seems that me and the family have a place to go and get breakfast again! :)

Mixed up all our orders and made too many mistakes. Gave cheese to my vegan friend, meat to my vegetarian friend, forgot an ordered smoothie and mixed up all the bagels. Needless to say will never go to this place again.

Rude Management. Rude Service. Can’t even make the order correct.
Once I noticed what I ordered was wrong I called Noahs back and let them know. Their response was come back or we can write your name down. I just wanted my money back. They said no. Huh? I ordered something and didn’t receive it and that is their answer… Terrible.

I’ve waited to write a review but this is the third time they have ruined my order. I come here because I love bagels and they are conveniently located across the street from my house. The managers are nice but the employees don’t pay attention to detail what so ever! I asked for a bagel not toasted I get a toasted bagel. I ask for vegetables to be added to my order no vegetables are added. I ask for light (amount)cream cheese they don’t put light cream cheese.

The customer service here is the BEST! I was blown away by the courteous service. The bagels are amazing too!!! Whatever you are doing to train your employees, KEEP IT UP! I will make this a regular stop.

I ordered 6 Baker Boxes, and each Baker Box is supposed to have a variety of flavored bagels. They put only one flavor per box. I have coworkers coming in at different times, so I had to bring out a box at a time. The coworkers didn’t have the chance to pick out a flavor they liked since there was only one flavor per box. I didn’t know about this until I opened the fifth box. The problem is, I didn’t catch this since I had my assistant bringing out the boxes at a time.
I’m giving this place one star because of their awful service. I talked with the owner over the phone later. And he offered me one free bagel for all the inconveniences. What an insult. He insisted on as long as he gave me six flavors, there shouldn’t be a problem. But he forgot that each Baker Box is supposed to have variety. That’s the main reason why I bought Baker Boxes in the first place. His attitude was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional, and he was not apologetic about his mistake. Don’t come here to eat, unless you want to be ridiculed by the owner.

Bagels here are pretty good! Customer service is friendly (and funny) with us when we asked for recommendation.
Got the Half Dozen box for 7ish, sorta pricey, but it was great! It came with a spread too. We got different variety of bagels and they all smelled so good. My friends and I ate about 3 bagels at the beach and left the other 3 folded in the Noah’s paper bag to go play in the water.
When we came back, the bag was missing and we saw a whole flock of birds tearing the bag open and fighting for the bagels. Yes, it’s THAT good to make birds fight for their lives for it. That. or they’re just probably really hungry. Either way we were sad we didn’t get to eat them all.

Wow, the best customer service! Just the best smiles you’ll want to greet you in the morning. Everyone from the beginning to end was a pleasant experience. I tried the jalapeño and cheese bagel, toasted, with jalapeño and cheddar cream cheese (highly recommended).

Really great service here, I’m impressed by how personable the cashier was this morning. It was my first time at this location but everyone else seemed to be regular and he had memorized everyones orders and served in a highly efficient manner. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would return.

This place sucks. bad customer service, having a fit about how they gave me the wrong order and not to mentioned bland & artificial ingredients on food. Would not come again!

Love the honey almond cream cheese!!! So great on an apple cinnamon bagel for breakfast!!! Also the garlic herb spread goes perfect on a Asiago bagel for a turkey sandwich. Very good, very reasonably priced, great customer service. I’m always greeted when I walk in, sometimes they remember my order to. I really appreciate good customer service along with great food. You get both at Noah’s.

Came in at the end of the day on St Paddy’s. Got a bunch of free green bagels with our bagel pack. Good bagels, good lox!

Bagels and cream cheese are always fresh and good. Sandwiches are just okay tasting. Service is always great.

I absolutely love Noah’s Bagels! When I lived in Fremont I would drive to the Noah’s in Milpitas during the weekends. The service here is beyond 5 stars. They are so busy, but always remember my name, and my order even though the line is always out the door! They’re not only super friendly but fast as well.
The one in Fremont gets half the customers and they take twice as long/​gives poor service.

This team are catering superstars. We placed around 7 – 10 delivery orders within the last few weeks with this location, and they were always right on time, super friendly and helpful! They were even able to deliver an order placed last minute!
There are not too many places that deliver breakfast. This particular Noah’s absolutely rocks!

PARKING: shared with other vendors in this small outside shopping plaza.
LOCATION: next to Starbucks so if you don’t want Noah’s coffee, then you can get Starbucks.
INSIDE: every Noah’s has the same setup, and this one was no different.
SERVICE: staff was nice so no complaints there.
DOG BAGELS: they sell dog bagels here.
SEATING: inside and two tables outside.
FOOD: their pastrami is yummy! It’s not fatty pastrami either, and they really packed it in my sandwich making it big and worth the money.
DEALS: I got Noah’s coupons in the mail, and I had no problem using one.

I think this was a typical bagel experience. I was craving some honey walnut spread and went for a good breakfast to a long day at work. I have been to this Noah’s bagels before. The staff is usually super friendly, however, sometimes they can be slow. My past experience they were fast and the cashier was super sweet. There is nothing spectacular about this bagel joint. They have specialty drinks here, but I have not tried any, I usually go to the Starbucks next door.
The bagel house in downtown San Jose is much better, so that’s what I compared it to. Overall the experience was average no big pros– except the honey walnut spread and other spreads you can get at other Noah’s or bagel businesses.
