History

Established in 2008.

In 2004, a group of agents previously working for Guardian Realty and Rollingwood Investment Mortgage Company stumbled upon an idea to provide new marketing strategies beyond the current market as we know. In the late 2005, this group of Realtors joined numerous direct correspondent lenders to learn the backbone of mortgage banking and to have a solid background in Foreclosure and Short Sale knowledge. In 2007, our group was brought on by MegaStar Financial Corporation, one of the largest correspondent lenders in the United States. In 2008, we started the process of building Realty World One Source and in 2009 we became official.
