History

Established in 2015.

History: I have been deeply inspired by mind body healing for most of my life. This inspiration has sustained and guided me through all of my life decisions and pathways. Exploring one of these pathways led me to become certified in the amazing therapeutic fields of Hypnotherapy, EFT, and Reiki at HCH (one of the oldest, respected state approved institutes). Practicing these mind body therapies has further opened my mind and heart to inner self awareness, relaxation, and healing. These practices have also invoked a yearning to share the incredible benefits of Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and EFT with others. Harsha is great! I have had hypnotherapy and reiki with her with great results. It is extremely relaxing. I would definitely recommend either or both therapies with Harsha.

Harsha has a very kind and loving presence which put me at ease. She was able to guide my into a very relaxed state where I was able to access an extremely rich and detailed experience. I accessed my own inner wisdom which helped me release some grief and get clear about the future. I thoroughly enjoyed this journey even though I let go of some old grief. The experience was fun and joy-​filled.
We did the session over Skype which was no different than an in-​person meeting except more convenient.
The thing that makes Harsha special as a Hypnotherapist is her exquisite ability to create a beautiful safe space that allows your unconscious to communicate and heal.

Harsha guided me through a Hypnotherapy session to help me with a fear of failure with a workplace performance issue. I did not go to her office, we used Skype which was as rich for me as meeting her in person. Harsha is kind and caring and obviously very skilled in her practice. She made me feel safe and comfortable. About a month or so after my session with her, my skills were tested at work. What can I say? I flew through the process self assured and did not experience a bit of anxiety or self doubt. Because my experience was a while after my session, I was not connecting the two until the following day. It was then that I realized the healing that occurred during that session and the gift Harsha gave me. I even called her to tell her!
I would highly recommend Harsha and won’t hesitate to use her services again the next time I need help!
