Description

Specialties

Henry’s at the Farm draws upon the legendary bounty of the Hudson River Valley, sourcing as many goods as possible from local farms, artisan food producers and purveyors — including honey, eggs and produce from our on-site organic Millstone Farm. The contemporary American farm house menu at Henry’s is inventive, yet unpretentious. Executive Michelle Stone and her team create mouthwatering dishes showcasing local ingredients to their best advantage. Diners are invited to enjoy the grounds of Buttermilk Inn + Spa and Millstone Farm, with its growing population of rescued alpacas, lamas and miniature donkeys, during a pre-or post– meal stroll.

History

Established in 2011.

Henry’s at the Farm celebrates the legendary bounty of the Hudson River Valley, sourcing ingredients from local farms and artisan food producers and purveyors. We work primarily with those who practice organic farming and humane animal husbandry. Cheese, meats and poultry come from nearby farms such as Coach Farm, Taliaferro Farms, John Fazio Farms and the seventh generation owned and operated Hepworth Farm. We have an extraordinary asset few other restaurants can claim — our own

40– acre Millstone Farm, whose kitchen garden and orchard produce the majority of our fresh greens, organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, honey and eggs throughout the growing season. At Henry’s local isn’t a trend, it’s a mantra.

Meet the Manager

CJ H.

Manager

Hi, I’m CJ. I am General Manager of Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa and it’s sister businesses, Henry’s at the Farm and Frida’s Bakery & Café. I’ve been with Buttermilk Falls since 2006 and am so thankful to be a part of this wonderful establishment’s growth. When I’m not at work, I love to take in all the Hudson Valley has to offer: hiking, farming, history, art, entertainment… the list is endless! I hope to see you soon at one of our boutique establishments!
