Went in to get a pizza on the way home last night. The girl that rang me up was very pleasant. The chick that did my 1st pizza? Yeah, not so much. I asked for very light sauce. I don’t want it seeping or oozing out of the edge of the pizza, or bubbling between the toppings, it just isn’t the way I like it. That’s the reason I go here for pizza because I can control the amount of sauce. I watched this chick dump sauce on the pizza. I watched for a second and asked, is that my pizza? She said«yeah it is», I said«I asked for very light sauce». She comes back w/an attitude and says«I put ½ the normal amount on».and continues to finish the pizza. Then I realized that they didn’t do a pan pizza. So she had to redo it anyways. The chick was not happy. I watched her this time and told her take MORE sauce off. How hard is that? Now the dirty looks came into play. I don’t appreciate the attitude at all. I hope your owners/managers read the comments because you need an refresher course in customer service. And chill w/the dirty looks while you are at it. I won’t be coming back. I will drive out of my way to get a pizza w/out the attitude.

They messed up my order so I called and asked for the manager, Sarah. I was told I could bring the pizza in or get 50% off. I said I just want to talk to the manager. I was told«that’s all she’ll tell you.» The manager refused to come to the phone. Poor customer service.

Yesterday was the second and last time I will ever visit this location. The last time it took forever to get my pizzas, the employees were rude, and they were really light on toppings. I stopped in yesterday on my way to my boat in Tacoma to pickup 2 medium pizzas since this location is on the way. There were 2 female employees up front waiting. The girl making the pizza asked what I would like and I said I wanted 2 medium gourmet vegetarian pizzas with thinner crust. The girl quickly said, «we don’t have thin crust for medium pizzas sorry.» I told her I know they don’t but could they trim off some of the crust and stretch it out for me to make it thinner.(The mediums pizzas were to fit in my small oven on my boat and the thinner crusts cook better in there.) Then the female employee behind the register chimed in over us and said in the loud rude voice, «sorry we don’t do that!» I said the store in South Auburn can always do that for me. So I said forget it and I backtracked down to have the Auburn store to have them make my pizzas for me. I was late to my boat meeting friends to watch the football game with the pizzas because of this Milton store. I shouldn’t be surprised. The last experience I had at this Milton location was horrible and this time was worse. Last time I will ever step foot in that store. They were dead in there both times when I went too. People are probably tired of the poor service they receive. Glad the South Auburn Papa Murphy’s is always a pleasant experience. They have great employees that are always helpful, polite, and do a great job on the pizzas. They ALWAYS thin the crust out for me if I ask with no attitude or complaints. They are always very busy in there as well. Great service will keep people coming back. Sorry Milton Papa Murphy’s I am done with you.

This is the best pizza at the best price. I love the Hawaiian Pizza but the Steak Pizza is really good also. The people that work there are fast and friendly.

This Papa Murphy’s location is horrid! How hard is it to actually get a pizza right? Apparently really hard for the employees at this location, because our pizza is NEVER right, and there is always an excuse as to why, but no one really owns up to why it happens so often. I always make them repeat my order back to me, yet when my other half grabs the pizza on his way home and gets through the door, one of is always going back to get a new pizza. They want our business, so they say, but never offer compensation, coupons, or discounts for future orders, because they DON’T care! Yet we are put out so often due to their mistakes, it also pushes dinner time out another 30 minutes cause we have to go back and have our pizza fixed, its ridiculous! I’m over this location and their lack of care, their«managers» are a joke and obviously don’t care either, as was shown last night. Guess we’ll just order from a business that actually cares about its customers and what they’re ordering!

Just picked up a pizza the other night. Pizza’s are always fresh and made well. I usually phone 10 minutes before I get there and my pizza is always made and ready for me when I arrive. I have been going to this Papa Murphy’s for years and will continue to do so.

Smaller version of my usual Papa Murphy’s. All boys work here — vs all girls that work at my usual one. Pizza was the same — love the Delights and coupons gladly taken along with being given a new punch card.

Their BBQ chicken pizza is to die for. No, really. It is effing amazing. I like Papa Murphy’s pizza a lot because they don’t scrimp on their toppings. Our pizza was loaded with pieces of chicken breast, onions, green onions, cheese, and fresh tomatoes. All it took was one quick phone call, and our order was ready for pick up. Easy come, easy go.
