The Bar Milton Strength & Conditioning

The Bar is for people who workout… period! Fashionista’s need not attend. We go to The Bar to sweat HARD! There are some treadmills and they offer personal trainers as well as some weight lifting ‘classes’, but if you want to be ‘seen’ at a gym or spend an hour talking… stay away!
Chris and Amanda run a kick@ss GYM! If your looking for a local gym to workout at and build your beach body, then on behalf of the other members Come On Down! Both the staff and members are courteous, friendly and helpful. Everyone is willing to spot, answer questions and give tips but only when asked. Please don’t interrupt our workouts to show us your new outfit, hair or nails; we’re have a schedule to keep too and really don’t care how you look.
If you’re writing from Surprise, AZ (like the lady who rated 1-​star) here’s your Surprises…1) 2000+ miles is a bit far to drive for a workout at a top notch GYM and 2) NO this bar will NOT sell or mail order you alcohol.
For those in NW Florida who enjoy a good workout, you should check this place out. We love it!

Is this place still open? I have tried to call and email. The number that is listed on their website isn’t in service anymore and no one responded to my email. I final found a different contact telephone number and left a message and still have not received any response!!!
